Went because I had a Groupon for a root touch up. Salon is clean and efficient. The lady who did my hair however did not blow dry it fully nor did she use any products or heat protectant when drying my hair. Hair was dried about 35% I would say which I’ve never experienced in a salon before? I understand not styling the hair but sending me away with wet hair was quite funny actually.

Best place to get eyebrows shaped with experienced staff. Shailu has been doing an amazing job for many many years now. Haircuts were also satisfying and exactly how I wanted every time. They have all other services too, at reasonable prices. The only concern is hygiene as they tend to reuse many of the stuff like cotton balls, wax strips, over and over instead of throwing after each use for safe hygiene.

If you're a male looking to get a haircut try again and again because only 1 person @ this salon does men's hair and he or she is hard to find.

I used the groupon for a quick cut and didn’t expect anything special. I loved my person. Her name is Noor (excuse spelling errors), and she was so lovely. She was quick AND experienced. “4 inches? You got it.” Showed me a sample and halfway through told me that it wouldn’t be enough to rid of my past bleach job. “I can cut to remove all, but just be sure!” ❤️I’m very shy, but her and the other staff made me feel so comfortable. They were very honest and considerate and included me in their conversations ?. I can’t wait to come back to try more of their services (:

Its been a long time I go to Rivas Salon. They all are very friendly and provide the best service. Erhan is one of the best hair stylists I worked with and Salu jan is very good at what she is doing as well. I 100 percent recommend this place.

I stopped in to get my eyebrows done 2 days ago hesitantly because I can't seem to find a place that will listen to what I want but Misba was amazing. My eyebrows were messed up on the bottom and one was thicker than the other and she fixed it and made them look so nice again in just a few minutes. If you're like me and stopped trusting salons, definitely give this place a try!

The staffs are super friendly and professional. Aisha the owner gives personal attention and opinion to each client. Everything is clean and sanitized. Results are great for any service .
