“I had two children (1 and 3yo) attend Guiding Hands Academy (GHA). I was going through a very rough time, and I received so much support from the administrators at GHA that I was literally moved to tears by their kindness several times. I have thousands of wonderful things to say about Guiding Hands Academy (GHA), but what sets it apart from the other daycare centers nearby are-
- Family-owned and deeply personal care- GHA is owned and run by a single family - they are genuine, wonderful people, and because it’s their business, it feels very different than a corporate chain daycare. Unlike corporate daycare chains, there is a warmth and intentionality in everything they do. They truly value feedback and are constantly thinking about how to improve the experience for both children and parents. They are also so much for creative and fun than other daycares- I cannot tell you how many unique holiday ornaments and other keepsakes they sent home with me from the infant classroom- I have one picture of my daughter in a clean snow globe with little battery powered lights and “snow.” I have the most wonderful box of momentos with my kids’ footprints on them.
-They advocate for your child- my daughter is on the spectrum and they helped me brainstorm ideas for how to help her succeed in the classroom- they shared literature with me they had on educating autistic children, asked the staff who worked with her to take autism-centered continuing education courses, created a sensory space for her, adjusted the classroom environment when she felt overstimulated, and found ways to include her in group activities, like providing a body harness so she could safely join walks.
-Outstanding teachers and administrators- Teachers are incredibly accommodating and provide thoughtful, detailed feedback about your child’s day (this is important! Children are 100% different in the classroom than they are with their family at home!) The leadership team is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in every child and family. You can feel how much they care in every interaction.
-Obviously- the Spanish! Everyone who works there speaks Spanish, and my son is truly bilingual. This is a rare find and true gift in daycare centers, and so many studies show that being bilingual helps children with executive functioning and improves their adaptability/flexibility.
I would wholeheartedly encourage any parent to consider Guiding Hands Academy. My children absolutely loved their time there, and I’m so grateful we found it.”

“The Creme is really a special place to entrust the care, development and curriculum for your children. We recently changed after our older son started Kindergarten and we didn’t know what we were missing. From administration(Chris G) to the teachers(Ms Helen & Ms Victoria), it has truly been an overall great experience. We look forward to continuing to work with them. They also have programs for the kindergarten kids that you may need coverage on closed school days or breaks as an add on. 5 starts not enough for this Westmont branch.”
“Bethel has been absolutely wonderful and truly the best preschool experience—for both my son and for me as a first-time mama sending my little one off to school. Every teacher and staff member is welcoming, kind, communicative, and flexible. You can genuinely feel that everything they do comes from a place of love and a tender, caring heart—which is exactly what my son needs.
They have been willing to work with my family to determine what works best for my son, ensuring a positive and supportive school experience. My daughter (3 years old) has loved watching her brother go off to school so much that she’s excited to join him next year!! As a parent, there’s nothing better than seeing your kids eager to walk into the classroom—it’s the greatest reassurance that the teachers & staff are doing something right :))
I truly can’t say enough positive things about Bethel. It’s the perfect place to begin your little one’s school journey.”
