“This storage facility is clean, very accessible, and staffed with extremely helpful staff. Easy to get in and out. If you need storage, this is the go to place for the area. Update: need for storage ended, emptied the unit, closing out very easy. Wonderful place”

“This would easily have been a five if not for the damaged property, lack of response and the delivery driver. My move was from Midwest to the East coast. My experience with the team in Chicago was excellent. I was going into storage initially. I was told it would go into crates, I was told I could use my own blankets. No crates and my blankets disappeared in the process. The driver on the delivery end was very aggressive and was only concerned about how the outcome looked for him and not whether I was a satisfied customer. Moved items into the house to discover many items damaged. The major item was a stand up desk that I will have to replace at my cost.
Have reached out several times to the team in Chicago with no response. In the end it was disappointing.
I revised this to a 5 star, as it was my experience with the team in Chicago and that same team resolved all issues to my great satisfaction. I do believe I can recommend this team as they are very customer focused.”
“The act of moving itself is stressful. Now add on storing your belongings and there’s a whole new level of uncertainty. Diane was there to help me from the beginning answering any and all questions I had assuring me I was making the right choice. She was right. She really took the stress out of this part of my move. “Stored my stuff for a year and this is one of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve ever been to. It was always very well kept. The moving process in and out was easy. I didn’t like that I had to buy a Cylinder lock when I already had a disc lock from previous storages, but that’s okay, it still worked out. Grateful for storage manager Sandra’s great customer service.”

“Annie provided outstanding assistance to me in assisting with my move in on Saturday. We were running quite late, but she assured me and my crew that all would be ready when we arrived. Annie went out of her way to clearly explain the facility procedures, demonstrated operation of the keypad entry and lock, and got me through the paperwork with thorough explanations of rental details, while in record time. Her upbeat and friendly demeanor made the arduous experience pleasant. The facility itself is clean and bright, the loading dock is large and easily accessible from both street and storage units, and large, easily maneuverable carts are ready for use immediately adjacent to the dock area. If I could give Annie and Life Storage La Grange Park 10 starts, I would do so in a heartbeat!”

“About 18 months ago I moved from a 1-bedroom apartment in one state to a single bedroom in a shared house in a different state. I had never seen the storage unit facility before and never used a storage unit. I did not know how big a unit I needed either, and was struggling to figure out what would be right. I was able to talk to a real person when I called Public Storage pretty quickly, and they were able to help me figure out how large a unit I needed and to set everything up so it would be ready when I moved.
I was dreading getting everything out of my U-haul and into my unit, but when I got there, there were flat carts available. No extra charge, and enough that my family and I could make several trips at once. It was incredibly easy when I got there as well, the lock and key were in my unit as I had been told they would be, all I had to do was load the unit and lock the door. I was able to access my unit whenever I needed to, and I never felt unsafe, even going alone. I had a code to enter and exit, and there was room for 2 vehicles to be side by side, even if one was a truck. The first time I accessed my unit after moving, I did not lock it completely correctly and I got a call that evening from an employee of Public Storage. I was very impressed to see how responsive they were, and that they check the facility regularly.
There was one rent increase in the 18 months I was there, but it was less than $50 more, and I was informed of the change on the app, by email, and by letter. When I was able to move into a new apartment, setting up the move out date was extremely simple. I could do it on the app, and I did not have to provide much notice. I still got an email and a phone call from a person to make sure I knew to take my lock and make sure I was out by the date I had given. The requirements when moving out are also posted on the latch of each unit. Move out was pretty smooth and I get to keep my lock.
All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you Public Storage. If I every need a unit again, I will definitely come back.”

“The Downers Grove facility is great. Nate was so helpful, patient, and transparent in answering all of my questions. Moving day on-site went very smoothly and the access to the unit is very convenient.
Also- Jecel at the Woodridge facility was very helpful in answering my questions over the phone and she connected me with Nate and the DG location because Woodridge didn’t have the size unit I needed.
Overall- very pleased with the customer service from everyone I dealt with at CubeSmart.”

The manager Angie was very understanding and worked with keeping me updated on the steps I needed to take when I fell behind on my unit. She was very helpful . She was able to waive some fees and get an adjustment on my unit to help me get back on track with my payments. I highly recommend this facility and it feels good knowing that there are people like Angie that are for the customer. It is a great piece of mind knowing that they are willing to work with you and it means a lot with the importance and value of my personal belongings in my unit. Keep up the good work Angie.”
“I recently moved into my new apartment with the help of All My Sons Moving, and overall I had a great experience. Jeremy and Luis were absolutely amazing — incredibly hardworking, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They handled my belongings with care and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.
My only complaint is the cost of wrapping the furniture, which ended up being much higher than I expected. I understand this pricing is out of the crew’s control, but it’s something future customers should be aware of.
That said, Jeremy and Luis truly went above and beyond, and their excellent service made a big difference. I really appreciated their effort and would recommend them based on the quality of their work.”
