“Need a car shipped out of the country? My cousin visited from Europe and bought a car here and we found this place to ship it back for him. They are really knowledgeable in the area and can get your car to most major ports. They pack your car into a container that holds one car. The container system (versus something called ro-ro) is good because it lessens the chances your car will be damaged or tampered with. Look to spend about $3-$4K for the single container to a European port. They sometimes may be able to split a container that holds 2 cars for a lesser cost. With the low dollar, they looked to be very busy. Even though the rest of the world hates America, they love to emulate our lifestyle and drive big GMs and Fords. “I was recently tasked with obtaining quotes for a reusable crate to be used with a large piece of artwork. The dimensions were 125" x 78" x 7" and 425lbs. I contacted Craters and Freighters for a quote. They returned the quote very quickly and asked me questions I hadn't even thought to ask them or other vendors about my needs for this job. The initial visit with their team in our office put my mind at ease. When their crew came to our office and carefully removed the artwork they were friendly and efficient taking great care not to damage the wall or any furniture. Turnaround time for the job was very quick and the price were quoted was the price that we paid. Thank you for making me look good to my boss. So happy we found a reliable partner. My only request is that I would love to receive one of those pirate t-shirts your crew was wearing (see what I did there?). :)”

“I cannot thank this UPS Store enough! I was in the middle of prepping for an Open House and ran into a printing nightmare—another location had me waiting over 30 minutes before finally telling me their printers were down, leaving me with almost no options.
In a bit of a panic, I called this UPS Store, and Jenna was absolutely amazing. Even though it was last minute and a larger print job, she was so kind, friendly, and willing to get it done right away instead of making me wait until the next day. She went above and beyond when I needed it most.
That level of customer service is rare these days, and I truly appreciate how Jenna saved me and my Open House. I’ve found my new go-to UPS Store!”

“I had a large heavy item that I needed to return. I searched for a UPS location and found this UPS Access Point conveniently located in Villa Park.When I dropped off my package, they were very accommodating, they could see me struggling with the box in the parking lot, a nice employee opened and held the door for me and pointed me right to the UPS desk in the back.When I got there, a nice young man took care of all the shipping details and even attached the label correctly for sending out my return.Also the Ace Hardware store was clean and well stocked, so I will be back to shop there as well.Five stars for both!”

I went in and asked if there was a cart to bring them in. Ash and Loyal immediately went to my car and both carried a box in with no hesitation.
