Customer service does not exist at this location. I purchased a vehicle 4 weeks ago and I no one will call me. I've been in multiple times and have been promised a phone call. It's been crickets! Cannot believe the lack of customer care. Also, I waited at the location over half an hour for someone to tell me that I could not purchase a charger bc the service department person went home. Apparently, only certain people can actually use the "cash register". Honestly, worst experience at any retail.

Don't waste your time at this location. You're better off driving to the Naperville/lisle location. They are only interested in selling Teslas at which point they treat you magnificently. Once you've purchased the vehicle - their customer service is horrendous. All they do is complain about how busy they are and they always greet you with an attitude as if they're doing you a favor. Inefficient and no interest to work is the likely reason they feel they are too busy. No communication or customer service skills. They don't respect an appointment and make you wait as they take their time with walk-ins. Even if you are on time for a scheduled appointment they'll simply take your car and park it in the back in their parking lot. The service visit is only half an hour and they claim they need the entire day to complete the work. They have staff prioritize new vehicle delivery over customers they have already sold vehicles to. Don't bother and spend your valuable time at a different location where they appreciate and value you as a loyal customer.

We purchase a new car for my son 2 months ago, had a flat tire, instead of scheduling to the nearest service center, it went to another place further; confusion they said. Then instead of just the flat tire, it needs maintenance, finished in 3 days instead of just one day costing us $750 (1 tire and maintainance). Very, very frustrated and angry.

I had an appointment for car service. A walk in was here before me. The whole purpose of having an appointment is to be helped before walk ins. Why have an appointment? I’ve had to wait 45 minutes as a walk in client before. That’s the norm. Maybe it’s because I’m Black? Who knows? People don’t expect Black folks to have nice cars. This is my second time being serviced at this location and the second time I have been unsatisfied as a customer. The first was because they took two weeks to fix my car around Thanksgiving and gave me a loaner and said I couldn’t take it out of state. For the holidays.. when my family lives out of state… then they fixed my tire without my consent when I had already ordered another tire at a tire shop and had maintenance scheduled when I picked up my car. Luckily they honored the price I paid for that tire, but still I was very clear in not fixing it and they did anyway. If they didn’t honor the price, it would have been an issue. Overall, just poor customer service. I will not be going back. I asked to be rescheduled to another location.

Before making the decision to purchase a Tesla Model Y, please take a moment to read this to potentially spare yourself from significant frustration and disappointment. My most recent and persistent issue has been with the charging of my car. Over the past few months, my Tesla has repeatedly refused to charge, displaying random errors. I've had to visit the service center three times, only to be told that I need to wait for an update that might resolve the problem.Another recurring problem has been related to the tires on this car, which I've had to address over ten times. The issue involves the foam within the tires coming loose and causing wheel imbalances. Even when I visited the Tesla service center for a test drive, the staff claimed that the steering vibrations I experienced were "within the specs." This issue has been ongoing since I acquired the Tesla, and it's extremely annoying and distracting, particularly since I spend a significant amount of time driving due to my IT work. Consequently, I often avoid using my Tesla because of these steering wheel vibrations. The bumper has also been a persistent issue, requiring over ten service visits. Many recent Model Y Teslas have had problems with the bumper mold being misaligned at the bottom. Initially, I pointed this out to Tesla, and they assured me they would fix it. However, they replaced my front bumper, which did not resolve the issue—the replacement bumper is still deformed, and it doesn't match the color of the rest of my car. The original bumper, with fewer than 2000 miles of use, was discarded, which is concerning considering Tesla's commitment to environmental sustainability. It could have been reused by someone in need of a bumper replacement, reducing waste. Once again, Tesla insisted that the issue was "within the specs."

Lying about battery charge on vehicles or expecting people to change their lifestyle to accommodate false mileage readings on a charge isn’t good or sustainable business.I had high hopes for our Tesla X but alas the battery life isn’t there yet. My wife was stranded after driving 65 actual miles when the vehicle claimed 240 fully charged. Apparently we should drive in the winter with no heat. No music no heated seats or steering wheel and well under the speed of traffic. If anybody lives and nose Chicago highway driving, it’s never the speed limit.I wanted to love it. The car was gorgeous and loved all the tech features. I loved the large window. I loved the power and acceleration. I just can’t live with actual mileage that’s less than half what is claimed.

I haven't even started the repair and canceled. My model 3 pcs system has failed so I started the ticket to get the work done. They sent over the quote and it's over 1900 for the repair. Fine I'll do it because I need my car but when I broke down the fees there is almost a 200 dollar diagnostic fee. I questioned that they remove it because there is no diagnostics being done when the Tesla service menu is clearly stating pcs requires replacement. Tesla don't add a service menu that owners can access if you're still going to try to nickel and dime them! Everyone isn't illiterate to technology! And even if the fee is attached it was applied to the work with any of my BMWs in the past! Stay away from this service center now I see why they have so many horrible reviews.
