I usually get my oil change at dealership where they are honest and never tell me i need to change my air filters, cabin filter and wiper blades because i do all this maintenance on my own consistently and keep my vehicle maintained. The dealership charges me 65$ for a synthetic oil change. I go to this dump and they charged me double the amount for synthetic oil change and they tried to tell me i needed air filter and wiper blades that i replaced a couple weeks ago. I cannot recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get ripped off and replace equipment that does not need replaced. I cant imagine what they tell people who are not familiar with car repair or maintenance.

Very very nice guys working there, we were treated great, service was great, I did not need to worry about them making up stuff wrong with the car. I appreciate the great service.

I thought I was due for an oil change. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Have been coming here for years. The gentleman helping me said the sticker was wrong and I still had almost 3,000 miles left. He filled everything up and topped things off at no charge. The manager rewrote the sticker and I drove off one happy customer.

Friendly, lightning-fast service. David was really helpful; he assured me that everything was alright and offered me a number of useful discounts for the future as well as a mail-in rebate for the present. I arrived without an appointment and left in under 25 minutes. Thanks a lot!

Took my 20 year old Honda Civic to the Duke today. Excellent customer service from start to finish. They actually walked me out to my car to see everything that was going on with my car. Andres was my technician and explained everything in detail to me. Dylan is the new manager here and he is running a smooth operation here. I felt like a very valued customer here today. He answered all my questions and it was an overall great experience today. This is at 22 E 63rd Street in Westmont.

We need a oil change immediately. We we were able to pull right in, the servicemen were very thorough. The gave explanation and answered all question with clear understanding. The staff working on the inside she was nice. She help customer save by informing them of the rebate program they had avail. All around great customer service. Their prices are good also.

I recently took my vehicle (VW CC 2012) for an oil change at the Westmont location and now a few weeks later I have oil spots on my driveway from a leak coming from the oil drain nut (area). I was hesitant about taking it to "one of these places" (where they have a tendency to strip the oil drain nut) as opposed to my regular mechanic and it turns out it bit me in the a*** Left a message and no return. Won't be going back there.

Went there at about 8:30 -9am and was out in about 20min I use to go to one in Bradley Illinois they always had great service so I'm glad I found them again and will continue to go there for service on my car!!
