“It was JOANNA's 5⭐ work ethic that made this run from Houston, TX to Clarksville, AR happen by me. As most brokers are known to just let a load go bad then wait to see what happens - with Joanna, she got in the shippers ear and got things going. Once she saw I had not moved in awhile, she didn't wait to hear from me ... she knew something was wrong and touched bases with me 1st. It is normally 1 sided - the broker wants you to keep them updated on what is happening and that is as far as it goes. Joanna kept me informed on what was happening on her end according to what was happening on mine. Very easy to talk to, and an over all professional mannerism that is above reproach. If more brokers and freight agents of the various types would take heed to Joanna's work ethics - alot of the problems with dry freight would not happen. “Bobby was incredible from start to finish. I had bad luck for weeks trying to find a company to transport my car from NY to Denver. I had been yelled at, hung up on, told to throw a few more hundred dollars for a better chance, etc etc by other companies. As soon as I called Van3, Bobby jumped on it. Within 2 days, my car was picked up by the nicest gentleman and less than 3 days later, it was dropped off!
