After having some bad experiences trying to purchase out of state, Ultimo motors was a pleasure to work with. Shout out to Mike and Shawn who made the process very smooth. My car showed up last week and so far it's been everything I was hoping for. Thanks Ultimo!

I purchased a vehicle from Ultimo Motors East, and my experience has been extremely concerning. The dealership sold me a car that was unsafe, illegally modified, previously damaged, and misrepresented at the time of sale. At the time of sale, they assured me no modifications were done to this car.
I am a nurse, and I worked tirelessly for over two and a half years to be able to afford this car. It was meant to be a reward for my dedication and hard work — instead, it has become a stressful and costly ordeal caused entirely by this dealership’s negligence and dishonesty.
The vehicle was fully covered under factory warranty when I purchased it. However, after taking it to the manufacturer, I was informed that the exhaust system had been illegally modified prior to sale — it had been cut and reassembled in multiple sections, was missing the factory resonators, and lacked the proper mounting clips and supports. Because of these unauthorized modifications, the manufacturer voided my factory warranty coverage on affected components.
Selling or offering for sale a vehicle with an altered exhaust system that increases noise or fails to meet factory safety and emissions standards is illegal under Illinois Vehicle Code 625 ILCS 5/12-602. This law prohibits the sale or operation of any vehicle equipped with a modified or defective exhaust system that amplifies noise or allows exhaust leaks.
I later discovered the car had also been in a previous accident that was never disclosed and did not appear on the Carfax report. Dealers are required under Illinois Vehicle Code 625 ILCS 5/5-401.2 and the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505/2) to disclose known accident or damage history. Failing to do so constitutes consumer fraud and a clear violation of state law.
When I brought these issues to Ultimo Motors’ attention, they refused accountability and falsely claimed the vehicle was “functioning as intended by the manufacturer.” In reality, it was sold in unsafe and noncompliant condition, with illegal modifications and undisclosed damage that directly caused my factory warranty to be voided.
This dealership’s conduct is unethical, deceptive, and unlawful.
I strongly caution anyone considering buying from Ultimo Motors East: do not rely on their statements or a Carfax report. Buyer beware — your safety, warranty, and hard-earned money are at serious risk.

The Ultimo team was fantastic. I purchased the car over the phone. Al was straightforward with the info, provided the documentation and photos i needed and was responsive in a way that allowed me to feel comfortable. Sean followed through with DocuSign's and overnight hard copies of contracts and financing. All requested changes were handled in a speedy and efficient manner. I look forward to buying my next dream car from Ultimo.

5 Star dealership!!! Just purchased a Porsche Cayman from them out of state and the transaction was flawless. They sent an Amazing video to start and 2 days later the car was here. The dealership exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them. Shawn and Mike were who we worked with and they are Amazing!

The first thing that impressed me was the level of detail in the vehicle description. It was more detailed than other on-line dealers. After contact, Alan worked to answer my questions. He was professional and friendly and not pushy. Once we sealed the deal, Shawn took over the do the financing. He was also very professional and accommodating, patiently answering my questions and ensuring that the paperwork was correct. They arranged shipping and then stayed in touch until the delivery was completed. I would gladly do business with them again.

I have nothing but praise for my experience with Michael at Ultimo Motors East. He was very professional and completely transparent through every step of the process while I was shopping for a vehicle there. No games, no ridiculous dealer add-ons and outrageous fees, no drama. Even though I didn’t end up doing business with them because a similar car became available locally, I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Ultimo.
It was a top notch experience for me. Highly recommended.

Working with Ultimo in Westmont was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Friendly staff and quality selection of high-end vehicles. Gave me a fair price on my trade in and was refreshing not dealing with high pressure, back and forth sales tactics that give used cars sales industry a bad reputation. I worked with Chris and he was nice enough to pick us up lunch while I was waiting on paperwork - very nice touch. Would highly recommend Ultimo to others and couldn’t be happier with my new Mercedes GLS 63 AMG.

Just had my 2019 Chevy corvette dropped off.. Let's just say the salesmen Mike was a honest fella.. This thing is spotless, I was kinda worried because I have never bought a car without seeing it and they where some honest guys to work with. Thanks to the Salesman Mike and the finance guy Sean you made this one of the easiest car transactions ever.. 5 🌟
