This store is terrible. I paid extra for the Pack and Ship service since I was sending fragile, vintage items that are not easily replaced. One day later the tracking showed the merchandise had been destroyed in transit and discarded. I was never contacted to let me know this. I called UPS corporate, they said an insurance claim had been started and sent to this store for processing but it was a third party franchise and I had to work through them. I have followed up the store twice and gotten a useless run around both times, with no information about the claim despite it being over a week.

DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!
I came in with my documents and label to ship out two items. Unfortunately I didn't have the envelopes for these but normally I usually come in and I'm given envelopes NO CHARGE. Ben helps me and immediately says I need to charge you. I asked why. He says because you're always charged. Never once have I come in with a prepaid label and been charged for the envelopes that you literally can order on the UPS website for free regardless of which open you choose. He "ugh" and rolls his eyes. He's like you know what, fine and skulks off like a little boy. Then when he walks away, he then goes to his coworker Sean and they both start laughing. Absolutely disgusting behavior from two teenage boys. NEVER coming here again. Absolute lack of professionalism in the workplace.

This is no doubt THE BEST location I’ve ever been to. The owner has trained his team well. The staff are always professional and attentive. I appreciate the service with a smile. I’ve been in the store when there have been a lot of customers and they still manage to keep everything flowing. Jacky and team, keep up the great work!

I am surprised to see this location has only 2.5 stars. Every time I stop by there is a younger guy working. He is so knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would go out of my way to go to this location for how easy they make everything! I often have to print labels and return through specific companies like happy returns and they always know what to do.

The store is garbage! Totally agreed! I brought my box into store around 6:55pm and they told me they cannot ship it because the computer is shut down and they are ready to close. They told me to come tomorrow. But on their website it shows that they close at 7:00pm, 6:55 not 7:00pm! My box is big and I have to carry it back to my car. Garbage service for sure!

I stopped in to drop off an Amazon return. I was informed that at this location they charge $0.50 to tape up the package. Just last week, I dropped off an Amazon return similar in size and was not charged.
