I've went to this bank a good number of times, and it is consistently a looooong wait in the drive through. Most recent time I showed up I was second in line, just needed to deposit a small amount of cash, and it was over a half hour before I was through the line. Multiple cars showed up behind me and left after they'd waited 15+ minutes and the line hadn't shortened a single car. Service is unbelievably slow every single time.

I would give this bank a ZERO if I could. We have waited over an hour on more than one occasion to get simple things accomplished (order new ATM card, add name to an account--had to leave after waiting 45 minutes, still not accomplished). The staff could care less how long you wait, and are rude across the board. TODAY we have realized fraudulent charges attributed to the ATM card that I got at this branch. No one knew my PIN# except the staff person who activated my account. I am in the process of canceling card and disputing charges (Prime Video fraud under someone else in another time zone). Since I personally have never used this ATM card, I am absolutely sure that this is an internal leak and compromise of my personal information. So I can only sincerely hope this is not widespread.

yumana here at u.s. bank has to be one of the worst tellers to this day. She is extremely rude and frankly I think has lost track of what it is to have a conversation with another human being. She's the kind of employee that doesn't really care who she interacts with and just wants to get through the day. As a teller your the face of the company & from a that stand point. You would think you would want to have a great interaction with customers. Look into their profile and offer ways to make their banking and day better. This old woman has lost track of time & honestly is probably the main reason why this location is doing so terribly. I hope this message gets to her to realize she is an unfortunate and sadly a disappointment.

The worst bank. Uneducated people with poor communication skills working there.They dont know the difference between personal and business accounts.Bad attitude and very rude employees.Avoid this bank!!!

I've come here few times but they need more people there to help customers get things done. It's frustrating for us. I thought the they knew better but i guess not. I hate being behind with deposits that must be done before end of every month but it's hard. I know they are trying their best.

Worst service at a US Bank. The people working here have a lot of attitude and seem to be always in a rush to get you out of the door and they never care about you as a guest. There needs to be better service and not so much attitude given off to the customers. I notice they don’t seem to talk to each other because they all say different things when you ask them a question. If you are the owner please do something about this clearly these people don’t like their jobs

Terrible customer service. The banker who was working on April 1st was very rude and demeaning. It was more than an hour before close and she yelled across the lobby that there would be absolutely no way she could help us we'd have to go to another branch or come back tomorrow. I can understand if you are busy (she was currently working with a couple with no one else waiting), but there is a right way and a wrong way to speak to people and this was the worst possible way.

Normally as a platinum member I would love this bank. However had to go inside to do withdrawal as atm has limits. Teller greeted me was friendly and conducting my transaction when she started comenting on the level status of all my accounts. I asked her to just finish transaction and not to touch my acounts. When a younger teller two stations over made a remark directed at me for sounding snooty. I turn a attempted to put in her place when the barage of angry remarksStarted to come out of her. I replied this is why I don't like coming into branches. Thinking of closing all my business and personal act now with this bank after 30yrs of banking here

This branch is either unorganized or incompetent-- I deposited a check for a large sum of money into my checking account. Per US Bank policy they held the money for a period of 7 days, they did this by crediting my account the X amount and then subtracting X amount from my account. The problem is that they subtracted this amount twice! So this resulted in me having a -X amount in my checking account!!! I called this branch to ask why this occurred and they have their lobby phones turned off!!! I called the Bolingbrook branch and they were able to resolve the issue and said that US Bank has a new system that automatically deducts the hold amount-- apparently this branch did not get the memo and manually deducted that amount as well...meanwhile I could have been bouncing my mortgage payment or other checks...

Very rude teller today. Greeted me with "DID YOU SEND IT?!" Never been through the drive through so I didn't know you had to send it. She waved her hands in the air and was startlingly rude. Will not bank here any longer
