She told me that the box as to be dry and she can't take it because it was wet. 🤦🤦

You know, it's a rare occasion you go to the post office and not just have decent service but for somebody to be so delightful to work with and go completely above and beyond. Huge kudos to Lolita, she went completely above and beyond helping me with a couple of things and helping me get a refund for an item that never arrived on time for guaranteed service.
If you end up working with Lolita, you are going to be well taken care of. Every post office employee was as awesome as she was I would look for an excuse to mail stuff more often.

The employees are very unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. Unlike the Clarendon Hills postal services employees who are always kind and respectful to customers, and they make you want to come every day.
