I don't come here often, usually for photos. I order my photos from the app, and they are usually done quickly. However, it's usually some time before an associate comes to help at the photo counter. Sometimes, those associates are friendly, and sometimes they are not. Prices for other items are higher than other stores in the area. If buying other items (non photo), the front register usually moves quickly.

By far the most scummy Walgreens I’ve ever been to, from the dilapidated building to the clueless and lazy manager who doesn’t even understand how their own pick up order system works, avoid this Walgreens, drive the extra mile to the one off Cass, this one is a dump.

They frequently run out of the medications needed and always have a long wait. CVS is way better.

Horrible pharmacy!!! They don't advertise the real hours they are open, they tell you they have the medicine you need but when you try filling your script they say they are out. These people play with people's lives.

So my photoprint order was completely messed up as I got the photobook printed for my son's birthday but when I addressed the issue to one of the workers there who's name was Omar , handled it amazingly! Got it fixed the same day and apologized for the inconvenience, printed everything for me again! Very helpful! Thats the only reason I'm giving this 5 stars.

Very bad experience! not enough staff and the staff the have, technicians, are not friendly nor trained properly!Will not ever go again and take a paper RX to be filled! The rest of the store and staff are excellent! Pharmacy sucks!

This morning I was placed on hold for 45 minutes, until I finally hung up! Finally gor through to the pharmacist at 8:56pm. He said the drive thru would remain closed for at least another month due to severe staffing shortage.

After 13 minutes on hold to talk to the pharmacy, they put me on hold again without a greeting and several minutes later hung up on me without ever talking to anyone.

prices are not what are on shelves, non sale item, nothing to do with walgreens rewards card or anything, guy at the register rings up twice the amount somehow. he scanned the item and it scanned as a completely different item and when i said something he wasn’t very helpful and i ended up giving up on the item because i was embarrassed to be holding the line up :/

We use this Walgreens out of convince. But I’m switching. They are always having to postpone refills because they don’t hav the pills. They are never polite when You talk with them and the last straw was this week they filled my prescription with the wrong medicine. I’m lucky I caught it in time. When talking with the pharmacist there was no I’m sorry. Just bring it in and let me look at it. I thought they had systems in place for this. Terrible service. I will be switching pharmacies.

Warning do NOT do your covid testing here. I booked the earliest time available online to take both a rapid and a pcr test. After finally getting to the front of line at the drive up window, the tech left us sit there another 15 min before bothering to start processing my scheduled test. Then announced that the lab comes early on Sundays to pick up so I could NOT do the PCR test I had scheduled. So we did the Rapid test which I was told I would get results within 2 hrs in my email that they are run onsite Now over 3 hrs later I call to find out the pharmacy closed more than 2 hrs ago. They obviously went home without running it. These labs are timed, its not something you can just let sit and wait. What a complete waste of my time today. And I'm sure they are still planning to bill my insurance. Walgreens Corporate get ready to get a pho e call tomorrow. This is medical fraud!
