Unfriendly, unhelpful, very poor managing staff, but they have a lot of good stuff. Maybe it was because it was the end of the day and working there is probably not fun. Maybe corporate should pay its employees more. I don’t know, but it was a bad experience and I will use the Ace in Naperville instead. BYEEEE!
