“UPDATED (5/12/26) Leasing office is great, specifically Traci - she addresses your concerns and has put a great effort into making this complex better since we have moved in; new gym, new hallways, and pool upgrades. We have appreciated her taking in our concerns & working with us. The only thing to look out for is the extra fees on top of rent - specifically the parking & wifi fees are very pricey, over $300 to park two cars (170$ per car) & 100$ per month for internet, 75$ amenity fee, but they do chat with you about that prior to signing your lease, just make sure you take note that your 2k rent will look more like 300-600$ extra per month. But overall, we enjoy the amenities a lot & the location is unbeatable. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for good amenities & a great location in downtown Wheaton!!!”

One of the biggest advantages is the excellent school zone, which makes the location especially convenient for families. The office team is responsible, professional, and always helpful when needed. “My wife and I lived here just shy of 4 years and had a great experience living at Preserve! It is a very dog friendly community which was perfect for us since we have a dog of our own. The staff was always very professional and quick to respond to maintenance issues and other questions we had. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to rent!”

“Staff did a great job answering the questions I had before signing the lease. Staff does a great job setting you up for success to move in. Staff does a great job cleaning the unit before moving in. Overall great communication, great apartment cleanliness, and great atmosphere. Everyone I have met since moving in has been friendly. Having an app to open the the front door and to access the laundromat is pretty dope. Pretty spacious for a one-bedroom. I live on the third floor and the view is nice facing the city. Throughout the day/night, you can hear the cars and any noise on the street, but I dont mind that at all. Just something to note if thats something you would. Shoutout Admira! She’s a boss ??”

“I just moved in a week ago, so I can’t really speak to the community, however, the condition of the apartment exceeded my expectations for move in. It had clearly been deep cleaned and painted. I wish I could have seen the actual unit prior to moving in, it was a little stressful not having any idea what to expect for the layout compared to the model unit I saw but thankfully it worked out in my case. Seems like a nice quiet complex, no complaints so far! Happy to call this my new home.”

“This five-star review is specifically for David and Mike on the maintenance team. When my heat stopped working late yesterday, David came out after hours to try to fix it. He stayed as long as he could working through the issue before explaining that he needed to get parts and would return in the morning. While he was here, he also discovered a leak in my water heater. As promised, David returned the next morning with Mike, and they had my apartment fully up and running before noon. Both were kind, professional, and thorough. They also made sure to clean up any mess and even wiped down my floor before leaving. I’m very pleased with their work and truly appreciate their dedication. Thank you, David and Mike!”

“I was able to give this review from the peofessional side of this staff. Although I do not live here, I have frequently been in this neighborhood and visit friends often. In the past, I was never greeted or had anyone pay any mind to me. I don't walk the best but Allie and Rebecca were on my route and took the time to not only acknowledge me but offered a water and honestly took the time to make my day better. I have friends who live here for awhile now and never has anyone just shown the friendliness these two did. I can say that the homes I visit have been tended to, but I think thats part on how residents tend to their home. We had a tornado come through awhile back at my buddy's home and again, the staff were more concerned about life than the mess they faced. I commend AJ and Jason for helping during this time and Im sure others could agree that they responded well to the situation. As I said, I walk through here with no second thoughts and now, I have 2 new friends to stop in and say hello to. Thank you for being friendly to an elder who appreciates real people.”
