I needed to replace my 12-volt battery, and Daniel S. was really, really helpful. He spent a lot of time getting the old battery out of my car. It was in a very tight spot and the weather outside was cold and unpleasant. The battery had seized to the terminals, so he had to work extra hard to get it out. He then made a 20-minute round trip to a nearby AutoZone store to pick up a newer battery than the one they had in the Wheaton store. He was really nice, very, very helpful, and he knew exactly what to do, all the while with a smile on his face.

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Calvin E. At the AutoZone in Wheaton! He truly went above and beyond, not only recommending some of his favorite products but also finding the perfect ones for my car and suggesting products that he noticed would help with my other car problems. Daniel S genuinely saved our night! Our alternator died suddenly and we just barely made it to autozone to ask for advice. Not only did autozone have the right alternator for our car, Daniel offered to help us install it despite the cold. We cannot thank him enough!!!

I would like to commend Daniel at the Wheaton, IL, store (809 E. Roosevelt Road) for his exceptional customer service with a battery issue. Our daughter's car at college wouldn't start and within 10 minutes Daniel had his crew there to jump start her car. Daniel honored the warranty on the dead battery and replaced it with a new battery. We appreciated his professionalism, efficiency, but mostly his kindness. Thank you, Daniel, and crew!
