I had the worst experience at the Woodfield B&BW and they gave me the hardest time for a simple fragrance exchange. They typically allowed an even exchange for body mists without the receipt as long as it was the same price point.They were extremely rude and weren’t helpful as to why it couldn’t be done.
After calling the ladies at this location, I dropped everything and came here after they told me that they would be able to do the exchange for me. The wonderful ladies at this location, specifically Lashonta and Viviana worked it out for me and told me that they’d get it figured out for me even though they have a new policy now. They are so so kind and went above and beyond for my mom and I and truly gave the best service. Unlike treating customers like a nuisance at the other store, everyone at this store is beyond fabulous and I will most definitely be switching over to this location from now on! Thank you Viv, Lashonta & Emily who was the sweetest cashier ever!! You ladies are amazing!! 🫶🏼

Horrible management. The store manager seems lost and the other managers especially the tall blonde is so rude and short with you. Don't work in customer service if you don't like customers.
