First of all, Kathy at the Front Desk is so kind and professional and definitely puts you at ease. The work done on my car by Steve and his team was great! Steve said he'd need 4 days. Dropped off the car on Monday, picked it up on Friday. Steve is kind and professional. I would highly recommend BC.

Fourth time using BC. Not only are they cost-effective, usually your car is done before they say it will be, which when you really need your vehicle it's a great thing!! The work is of high quality, and I've never had any issues after the fact!

I had a carbon fiber front bumper I needed painted for my Evora GT. I was nervous and did my research for the right place and was looking for a place that was tried and true and could provide an exact finish. Not only did the paint and metallic fleck match EXACTLY to my factory color, the finish from the wet sanding was arguably better than when my car arrived from the factory. The front desk staff and workers were incredibly responsive, professional, conscientious, and kind. Because my bumper got a few nicks from shipping, they re-primed it and the finish is impeccable. Any parts I need painted will absolutely be coming to BC auto. Pricing was extremely fair considering the high quality workmanship not to mention how professionally run this business is.

I am going to provide some measure of compassion in this review. BC was recommended by another business that I have high confidence in but they did not live up to the recommendation. They had challenges with the insurance company but never informed me so I could assist. I am very aware that it is a difficult time to be in business because of employee shortages and component shortages but I wasted allot of time, never got my car fixed and now need to start the process over with another shop.Service: Vehicle Inspection

We had a 12-year-old car with front-end damage. One place wanted $1500 to return it to its original glory - way too much than what we wanted to pay. For fraction of that, BC offered to do basic work to make car safe and functional - just what we needed. Very reasonable/ affordable and much appreciated.Service: Body & Trim

I wasn’t quite sure where to go for autobody repair since I had never had it done before. I have a mechanic but he doesn’t do this. I called the dealer and the place they recommended me would have costed approximately $200 more than BC charged me. They worked with my difficult schedule and had it done hours earlier than expected. Pleasantly smooth process, outstanding professionalism. While I hope I never have to return, need be I know where I would go!Service: Body & Trim
