This visit, I brought my new car- 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan, only 8 weeks old. It had a door ding that chipped down to the metal. Jerry had me come in the very next day after I called- I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and I even got a little bottle of paint in case I ever want to try to do touch ups in the future. They are always so kind, and genuinely care about your vehicle like it is your own.
As a woman who has gotten varying levels of service when it comes to “car-related things” over the years at other businesses, it is refreshing to have such a consistent, positive experience.

“We dropped off our Dodge Grand Caravan on 1/26/2026 for a front bumper collision repair. JP handled the communication, and we picked up the car on 3/6/2026. Everything seemed fine at first, but the next day we found the hood wouldn’t open when trying to replace the battery. A technician told us to take it back to the body shop. While we understand mistakes happen, it’s disappointing after such a long repair time and inconvenient to arrange another drop-off and pickup. If the issue is fixed promptly, we will update our review.

“I can't thank the Wreck Room enough for their work. I really had no hope that my 3 year old Kia would be fixable after my accident. I was also skeptical of anyone fixing a matte car to pre accident condition. To say that wreck room exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Not only did they fix the car , it looks and drives as if it were brand new! They matched the matte paint so well you would never think it was new or replaced pieces. “I brought Tim my 2001 Harley Nighttrain with a gash on the gas tank. Something fell off a shelf in my garage. I was horrified. Tim was very confident that he could get in back in shape. “Albor’s collision center is a great establishment filled with extremely hardworking and talented professionals. My vehicle was crashed in the driver side headlights area, it looked totaled, but their professional and fast team got my vehicle completely fixed looking brand new. Especially for the color match. And to top it all off they even washed my car from the inside out. If you’re looking for a body shop for your vehicle don’t overthink it they do great work here.”

He knew my car was my baby, and while realistically not worth it to fix, he still took care of me and treated the car appropriately, I know my car very well and he acknowledged that. Things kept coming up in the process and needing a new part or something so it kept getting delayed, but Joe was patient with me and I was with him and the whole process. My car is black and over 20 years old. So very difficult to paint match old paint like that. But they managed to paint match the bumper dang near perfect, I cant even notice.
