Don't waste your time coming here, they never have any food ready. This is an awful representation of what most have come to expect from Casey's. Many of the staff are extremely unpleasant to deal with as well.

I placed pizza delivery for Caseys, the employees did the pizzas for pepperoni including other pizzas that I order did it perfectly. I even came to visit here back in November 2023. Great service and it was a good feeling to come here.

Purchased car wash to get lower gas prices but find that the car wash is not open. They won’t credit me back for the car wash. Terrible policy and employees need to be empowered to do this. Absurd!

I paid for gas ⛽️ at this gas station. The pump did not give me the full gas I paid for. The girl in the store Joanne moved me to another pump. I paid another $40. I was told when I paid for the gas a second time the money would get refunded back to my car. However, I called spoke to the store manager Renee. I had a couple of questions regarding my refund she was immediately defensive. Didn't want to look into. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I would've been okay with that if I got an apology. No one wants to spend money twice if they don't have to. I hate to be rude but don't yell at a customer, get defensive, not my problem. But I will never use this gas station again. All around poor customer service from the cashier to the store manager. A simple apology for people inconvenience and money can go a long way. Even if you can't help. Don't yell at me and say I can't help you.

First and only time coming here. Won't be coming back. Half the soda flavors were marked out of order. The ones that weren't marked were still out of order.You are not able to order food here. The employee working that counter will clean and stock their station, but will not acknowledge the customer waiting to order, not to mention there was no food ready anyway. The employee that rang me up for my seltzer water that was supposed to be soda couldn't even be bothered to say more than my total and "have a nice day". Glad I didn't buy anything other than the soda. Corporate needs to re-evaluate this store.

usually great selection of tea, fantastic pizza for the price, but rushed over from the gym to get there before they closed at 11 and found the doors locked at 10:47
