The branch has a ton of parking and the tellers are always very nice and personable, and there is barely ever a wait. When a notary is needed, staff are very helpful and show patience, even if a phone call takes 30 minutes. Chase helps with cash, notary, and everyday banking.
I’ve never had a bad experience here. The teller I had this morning was kind and even offered a lollipop to my kid, which was unexpected. The service is always timely and I always get resolution to whatever issue I came there with.

After seeing the reviews I didn't expect much, but I was truly impressed with their service. They were having Internet issues and we're still able to help me out and did an amazing job at that.

I went to the bank to get some cash in different denominations for a wedding reception. The teller line was super friendly, and they were really helpful. I had a short but pleasant chat with the teller and another staff member. It was a really nice experience overall!
