2 months ago, I spent an hour and a half filling out forms with Gina so I can receive money from my fathers account. I went in there yesterday because I still haven’t received the funds. She couldn’t be bothered to look into it, didn’t remember me coming in, and said, “that’s not my dept. here is a phone number to call. I can’t help.” It’s some of the worst service I’ve ever received. I called the number only to find out that she never sent the forms in, which is why I never received the money.

I went to the bank to get some cash in different denominations for a wedding reception. The teller line was super friendly, and they were really helpful. I had a short but pleasant chat with the teller and another staff member. It was a really nice experience overall!

In the past 7 months I have removed 20K worth of accounts from Chase due to the continued INEPTNESS of this organization.
The most recent example just came to my attention when CHASE sent my son-in-laws account statements to my address, even though we don't have any financial relationship, and don't even live in the same state.
He opened the new account in a branch, in his community out of state, using his ID with HIS ADDRESS, and yet Chase still managed to somehow link his accounts with mine.
Chase has become the most horrible organization in the banking industry.
Although I have already moved 20K out of Chase, they are giving me reason to move the remaining funds.
Horrific customer service!!

I don't know how the rating is so low here. For Chase, there's a ton of parking here, the tellers are always very nice and personable and there's barely ever a wait. You guys rock!

Chase Private Client is NOT how you should invest your retirement money. Please learn how to do it yourself with Vanguard etc or hire a planner who actively manages your money. Please search the market bf taking your money here!!!

The entire staff at this location is stellar!!! My 1 star is for an investment banker at the Naperville rd location. It has recently been brought to my attention that my portfolio was dropped by an investment manager. Why you ask...I'd like to know also. But what happened after is why she is getting a review. Not only was my money not important enough for her to manage, my money in the mid 6 figures was left w/o anyone watching it or managing it. Thanks a lot K. Potential clients need to know they can be dropped and no one will call to tell you. Shameful. Its a good thing one bad apple doesn't spoil the amazing staff at the Wheaton and Carol Stream location.

They take your $ and dole out promises galore. Seldom comes as expected. Frequently changing programs that do not benefit you. Attempted to purchase annuity, gave them large check, they promised $ could be retirned immediatel, they could not process annuity by third day. Asked for $ back and told many next week. Put $ in what seemed a good brokerage act, 3 mos later the program was cancelled and said I should move $ to an account where the funds would not be available for a couple of days. Have a large amount of money there and was given a "Veteran's" free safety box a couple of years ago. Just got letter stating that small box would now cost me 50 bucks a year. Every bank in town accepts and pays your property taxes, Chase eliminated this about 2-3 years ago. I now stop by either BMO or Inland bank and pay them. Chase could not care less about individual savers. Chase has always had the very lowest saving rates on CDs and saving accounts. I'm only associated with Chase because 45 years ago I started to have several direct deposits made and would find it a hassle to move those deposits around. I will say, I use and am satisfied with their electronic bill pay system. Over all, I'm fairly dissatisfied with this bank,

My husband and I were in need of a notary since our bank turned us away. We had dealt with this branch before and was happy with the service. When we arrived without an appointment, everyone was very helpful. Gina Ulaszek came out to help us within minutes of our arrival. She was very patience since my husband had to all our credit union because we needed clarification on part of the paperwork before Gina could finish notarizing it. That phone call took 30 minutes. We appreciated Gina's help in such short notice.

As a bank they don’t have a quarter how the convenience store can run business with them without Quarters other banks are providing the changes in personal account that helps us at this moment but Chase Bank has really bad service

I have been going to this location for a few months now and the last two times I had the same person cashing my check. She didn't say hi or acknowledge me at the drive up. I waited for a few mintues and called the teller. I told him I needed $500 in big bills and the rest in small Bill's. He said he wasn't the one who was doing my transaction but he told the lady and he tells me that the transaction has been done and they cant not exchange for smaller bills. I told him that is an inconvenience to me when no one asked me how i like my money back. He acted annoyed and uncaring. I can see he was talk to my teller and both of them acted like I was the problem and they just did wanted to be bothered. I ask the guy for customer service number and I could see him rolling his eyes. He reluctantly wrote down the number for me. Very poor customer service. I dont recommend this branch to anyone

Best chase branch by far, very personable. I drive an extra 20 minutes just to go here rather than the other branches.

Just annoyed because it takes forever to get anything done here. Is it normal to wait ten minutes for two bankers to finish chatting with each other before they can help me with a wire transfer?

Average bank. Friendly staff. Convenient location to my house. Longer opening hours. No real complaints.
