I love this gas station. Snacks, coffee, fountain drinks with the crunchy ice, and sometimes even my favorite hard to find ice cream. I came in to grab something for breakfast before work on 1/17 and grabbed 2 of the little sleeves of double chocolate hostess donuts and a coffee. Checked out and started driving to work. I bit into a donut as I was driving and it tasted weird, swallowed and looked down, the donut was fuzzy and pale green. I gagged so hard I nearly swerved the car. I looked at the package and the expiration date was in November. I called the store to let them know so they could rotate the product and prevent someone else from eating mold and the manager insisted I come in to make it right. I told him I had work and I just wanted him to go check the other donuts, he still insisted. I come in after a 13 hour shift and ask the employee at the counter who says that he was sorry but had no idea what I was talking about. Eating mold is not ok. Working all day with no breakfast sucks. Wasting my time after a long, nauseous day is just disappointing. I’ve been coming to this gas station for years and haven’t come to expect this kind of negligence and disrespect.

Get your gas pumps working properly! Tried two different pumps to get my Shell rewards card to work and nothing. My card seems to work everywhere else. Ended up going inside to do the transaction, and the person behind the counter would not honor my rewards card. Took me twice as long as something routine should have.

Overall experience as well as the staff is good but the new old black lady is so racist and very disrespectful.

If I can leave a one star I would
Indian man VIPUL is RUDE and has ZERO customer service skills
He doesn't speak , speaks back when spoken too , or says thank you
I am not sure how this branch allows him to get away with being such an evil spirited person that CHOOSE to work with people daily.

Been 5 days since i gave them $20 for 1 month subscription and i still havent been able to use the car wash, went inside he says its broke which he says it happens often and then said he almost wants to quit because of the complaints he has to hear everyday about it some even vulgar "poor kid" Wish I read reviews on it before hand hopefully we dont have to take further action I just want the money or the washes. Knock the wash down if you cant keep up with it.

Came here for gas and a carwash on a weekday in early April.Gas seemed reasonably priced to the surrounding stations.I got the midgrade/premium car wash. They had a touchless option, which I appreciated and is what drew me to this location. The touchless wash was $14. Seemed reasonable. The wash itself went quickly. While the wash did a decent job cleaning the front of my Mazda3 Hatchback, it missed some spots on the side and completely missed the vertical rear portions. It also appeared that the leftmost jet dryer was broken, leaving the left 1/4 of my hood and roof wet. Had to grab towels from the gas pumps to dry those off.Its decent wash for what you pay for, but I was hoping for better.

Other than food poisoning from the blueberry muffins sold here, the Car wash pass has been a joke, it seems to be closed more than they're open, this time reason is its "too cold" is that why every other car wash is open? Stop charging people monthly if they cant wash their car twice a day as advertised, it's always an excuse with you guys, dont forget you have a new gas station across the street, keep up this B.S and you'll find many going over there instead.

Went to get a froster today and the (African American) woman at the register had an attitude when I walked up. First off, she was sitting down and wasn't welcoming at all. She tried to tell me that I should be charged extra for using a styrofoam cup instead of a plastic one. She should keep her mask on because her face looked like somebody farted. Not sure why I was being harassed over a cup when I'm signed up for sip and save - the cup I choose doesn't matter. She wouldn't even tell me my total. I gave her what I thought my total was and she looked at me in disgust. I had to ASK her what the total was. She also told me "I should charge you more" when I was already over charged. Extremely poor customer service coming for her. I'm a regular at this gas station and have never been charged more than $1 for a froster.
