We’ve been taking our Luna Bear here for almost two years now and could not be more thankful to have found this place. Our pup is an old lady rescue and can be a bit cantankerous. We have had no issues and she’s always so fresh after her spa day and her trim is a perfect length.

I used to take my Bichon to Sandy and she did a great job. I don't have my Bichon anymore as she went to Rainbow bridge. We now have a large Lab and when I recently brought her by (I called first) to have her nails trimmed. Worst experience for my poor Lab. She was very careless and my dogs nails were uneven and two were cut to bleeding. She is working her store alone - as far as I can tell. I can also tell somethings have changed. No other groomers anymore. Groomer seemed overwhelmed and ill-tempered. I wish she would shut down if she is obviously have some issues. Never going back again.

Sandy and her team provide quality service in a timely manner. Our little Alfie loves playing with her dogs as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Ruby is my first dog and I have read so many horror stories about doodles getting groomed. When I called to set up Rubys first appointment I asked Sandy what I could do to help make sure Ruby was ready to have a positive grooming experience. After two appointments we are hooked and so happy to have found Classy Canine creations. Ruby is soooo happy when we pick her up and she looks and smells great! Thank you ladies!!❤️❤️❤️

I agree with other reviewers that our dog's grooming has always appeared nicely done... and I always felt like the dogs were in safe hands when Brienne was working there. However, after dealing exclusively with the owner the last several visits, we have had serious misgivings about the safety of our dogs after we drop them off. The owner appears annoyed not only when we have dropped the dogs off but we have picked them up too. On our last visit when my bf went to drop the dogs off (scheduled appointment), the owner gruffly demanded "what do you want" when he walked in..." Ummm I am just dropping the dogs off-we had an appointment"...(wth)?? Then she rudely takes them in but without so much as a simple acknowledgment or even an 'I appreciate your business' chit-chat. This was the last rude straw. If she is that foul-tempered and rude with her human customers EVERY TIME without fail (loyal paying customers who tip well), then how does she interact with our dogs when no one is around to see/know what she is doing (especially as both pups are rescues that tend to be very anxious)?? Time to find a different groomer for sure!! Think twice about bringing your sweet pup here.
