“After seeing the 3.0 star review for this location, I was scared to go because of other people's bad experiences but I had a good time here. I even bought some cute items! The staff were helpful and Joe at the cash register was great. I didn't have an issue with the customer service. The only thing I was sad about was that they did not have nice blazers at this location. At Nordstroms in Oak Brook, they have the $199 blazers and I was hoping to find one at Nordstrom Rack for less than that. Nonetheless, I had a great experience and will be back again.”
