This place is a dump. Rent is raised $100 or more a year in some cases. Leaving here today since they raised storage to $500+ when other places have it for less than $200 for the same size. 1 of 2 doors were out of service for 6 months last year. Inconsiderate tenants will park in the most dumb way and refuse to move (management will do nothing). Do yourself a favor and go to a better place like Metro or Public Storage.

Hector was terrific as far as custom service!
Hector and DM Monique worked thru a transfer of unit to accommodate me. I could not be happier with the way I was treated
The CubeSmart location in Wheaton Illinois is Clean, Cool, and the Customer Service was a 10 and I never thought I would review a Storage facility a 10 out of 10!

Had been a customer since this facility opened. Reasonable rates to begin with, after six years as a renter, they priced me out. Facility is clean and safe, management doesn’t care about loyalty, won’t work with long time clients, charging $327 for a 10x15 unit. Good riddance.
Edit: I spoke with the facility manager every six months when they raised my rent, I tried to speak to the region manager also, the weren’t interested in helping a well standing long term client, my recommendation, if you are looking for a reasonable LONG TERM relationship, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

The office staff was always friendly. The units were clean. It is one of the few units around that had carts.
