A Truly Disappointing Pharmacy Experience
Even if this were the last pharmacy on earth, I would strongly advise against going here. My experience was nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. After switching to a new insurance plan that did not cover my medication, I was met with unprofessionalism and a complete lack of customer service.
Alex, a staff member, appeared offended when I declined to pay $400 out of pocket for my prescription. As a result, I had to return to my doctor for a generic alternative. When I called to check on the status of my medication, Alyssa unhelpfully suggested that I contact my doctor—on a Saturday—despite the fact that most medical offices are closed on weekends. She also claimed that she had ordered the medication.
When I followed up on Monday, I was met with even worse service from the pharmacy manager. Instead of providing assistance, he was more interested in emphasizing his title—something that had no relevance to the situation. Despite previous assurances that my medication had been ordered, he then stated that it still needed to be ordered. After I pointed out these inconsistencies, he retaliated by changing the expected pickup date to February 17, 2025—an unnecessary and spiteful delay.
I have always loved this store and have regularly given positive feedback about the front-end staff, who are genuinely helpful. However, the pharmacy department is a different story. The level of incompetence and lack of integrity I encountered has made it impossible for me to continue supporting this location. It truly feels as if they do not want business.
I have since transferred my prescription to Walgreens, where they had it ready in less than an hour. CVS, I urge you to reassess the leadership in your pharmacy—poor management sets the tone for poor service. The current manager is setting a damaging precedent, and unless changes are made, more customers will take their business elsewhere.

I like to give no stare this store manager .
Don’t help customers & when customer say anything about price say why you ring at kisok.
Tell customer look price on self & their is no price on self .
I went couple time employee nice & help u to find stuff.
This manager working on register ask customer where is stuff ,
Say look by self.

Terrible experience every time me or ppl I know go here or other customers I witness in the store are uncomfortable by the female worker there she always comments rudely is pushy to make u shop and decide quick she will follow u around the store and stand there in the aisle and watch u shop the entire time I kid u not and then keep going do u need anything else what are u looking for over and over again like ur taking too long when ur in there for 5 minutes not even and this is during any time and day In the week. It’s crazy cus there were so many negative comments about this from others that disspapeard too and the good ones are very fake.

Regional managers staffing stores with 1 elderly employee is terrible for the staff and customers. My wife had a question, and after 5-7 minutes of waiting had to walk into the back of the store and holler for an employee, who eventually came out of an office... No security or sense of being safe for the staff or customers. Profit margins over safety and customer service is a poor way top run a business. I would expect this location to close some day...

Went to purchase over the counter medicine for my daughter. It says store closes at 10pm, employee was locking the doors as I walked up at 9:45. She mouthed sorry through the glass and walked away.

Pharmacy closed right in front of me at 7:55 even there sq was 8 to 8. When I confronted the manager she was from a different planet… couldn’t speak up… try Walgreens across the street… maybe better

There is an older Indian gentleman who is usually working as a cashier at this store who is incredibly rude. He got mad at my toddler when she knocked some things off the shelf. The pharmacists on the other hand are great, otherwise I wouldn’t come back.
