First of all I have been a long time customer of this dry cleaners and they have shrunk some clothes over the years but last week they put two holes in my cashmere sweater. They didn't tell me but I saw it when I got it home. When I took it back, they first blamed it on moths(in March) and then said that my elbows caused to holes. Are you kidding me!!! None of my other cashmere sweaters have holes. The gentleman was very argumentative and refused to pay for the garment. He wouldn't even refund the money that I had paid them to clean it so basically I paid them to put holes in my sweater. I will NEVER step foot in this poorly run business again. I would give it zero stars if I could. They have noticeably lost a lot of their business and I can see why. If you care about your clothes I don't suggest you take them here.

This place does a good job with the dry cleaning (although the prices are high), and the women at the front are always friendly and helpful, but one man who works there lost the button for a very expensive $1,300 wool overcoat that I had shipped from London as a gift for my husband. It will be complicated and expensive to have another button imported. The buttons are custom made for the coat with the company's name on them. UPDATE: They found and returned the button! Yay!

We have been using them for the past year. The kind girl at the counter makes pick up and drop off so easy! My husband appreciates how they do his shirts consistently each time. I’ve also been very happy with their tailoring!
