Love this store. The people are always nice and friendly.
Sad to say, that today ( 02/16/25 at 10:59 am, Kathleen, i returned a 6$ mascara, because it was dry. Obviously a manufacturer issue. It happens sometimes.
However, first time ever since shopping at this location.. when I indicated that I was returning this item.. no greeting, threw the mascara in a box on the floor, dropped or slammed? , The hand scanner .
Guessed she was irritated?
Nothing else said. Maybe that’s her personality, or bad day? First time ever treated like that.
I hope she is ok if something was bothering her. It won’t keep me from going to this store, because everyone there is usually friendly and nice.

Terrible, got.to the store and the employee was locking up early 8:22 pm 11/10/24 Sunday. Not sure if this is normal but not customer friendly. Web site had 9pm as closing time.

Nice Store! But not able to use the restroom. Happen on two different occasions. About maybe 2 months ago. Or maybe a month ago. And this pass weekend. Saturday! Both times was told; (The restroom was out of order) Where are the employees using the restroom??? If the restroom is out of order! Seem like the people that is working their feels like the customers is not good enough to use the restroom. But! Just good enough to spend their money there only. The customers are the ones that are also helping them to get paid as well.( Wheaton il. Location) Over All! Nice Clean Store.

The store clearly is not at a state where it should be open yet, they are understaffed and every time I go in they are busy stocking. Not sure who’s idea to have the store open now but they need to hire more stuff and fix their hours. 8am to 7:30 is ridiculous for a convince store.

This place is closed every day at 7:30pm
I just don’t know why management is not changing working hours to be correct???
I’m coming here three times at 7:30pm to see closed door and people inside telling me they closed

Pleasantly surprised with this newer Dollar General,very clean and well organized.They have a huge selection of over counter medicines such as cough supplements, vitamins,asprin etc maybe because this was a former CVS store Also picked up a few bargains.Woman employee working hard cashiering and stocking shelves in between customers.

Went to the store twice and they don't take cash . This shouldn't happen because a lot of people use cash like I do .

This place is horrible. Never know when it is open. Prices areridiculous. Employees openly complain about their salaries. Won't last!!
