At approximately 8:30pm 3/2/25 i entered dollar tree to get a few items. As I'm shopping i hear the young male employee say the guys on a scooter to another employee. Seconds later a lady at the end of the Ile saids you can't be in here on that, I turn and inform her that I'm handicap to which she saids she doesn't care, either get off or get out. I asked her was she aware of handicap rights and laws to which again she saids she doesn't care and then I told her I'm going to finish shopping and I went aboit my shopping. I then overhear her say to the other employee don't ring him up as she calls the police on me. I finish my shopping and approach the register with my camera video recording because I knew this was about to be an issue. When I get to the register she refuses to serve me and when I asked her is she discriminating against me because I'm handicap to her response of "yes I'm discriminating against you" I repeatedly asked for equal service and awaited the police. Once the police arrived i was told to leave because the store doesn't want to serve me so ended the video and exited with the officer. To all that are not aware a segway is a newer mobility device considered a OPDMD that is authorized to be used as such by the ADA. She was so set at having her way and mad she couldn't tell me what to do, people educate yourself before you stand on something.

Just got there 10 minutes before they closed the place was very clean and the workers were very polite I got the item I wanted and waited in line one of the workers was paying for stuff and for the wait they paid for the item I was getting if I could rate this place more stars I would one of the nicest workers god bless that worker ?

Small store tucked in the corner of the plaza. Store is a bit messy and unorganized, but you can find lots of nice items here!Employees are generally friendly at this specific store, and it has a cozy feel.

Cashier didn't greet my wife and I. The cashier didn't announce the total or count the change back. I had to tell him. Very poor Customer Service.

Absolutely Ridiculous that I’ve been standing in line (still currently in line) for about 15 minutes waiting to be cashed out by one cashier who’s doing everything in her power to make this line of 10+ people out the door while the other associate in the store vacuums a clean tile floor. The lack of common decency this other associate has watching the woman at the register struggle to please everyone in line is beyond me. This dollar tree needs to re evaluate their priorities as employees and as a business.

Do Not ever work at this store. They treat their employee's like crap. They over work you and never ever give u unemployment if u leave. They set up to fail. Customers are wonder but store manager is terrible. Very gossipy and back stabbing as wellAs treats customers of color very badly. A old the Glen Ellyn store at all costs.

Worst customer service ever worst cashiers ever very disrespectful. I just bought items from the store and I never got treated so badly I was literally watched the whole time like I was stealing something when I paid for all my items I do not recommend anyone to ever go to the store. I will not be going back.

Great store good variety of merchandise. The craft supply isle is big and well stocked. I could not find the watch batteries I needed, but it's probably supply chain issues, as that comes from China. Store is messy but I saw workers trying to straighten up.
