So, I really wanted to get away from a big bank and I decided to try this place. It has been nothing but a hassle from day one. I filled out the application with my current address, then they send me the agreement to sign with the wrong address on it. So I had to go back and forth to get that fixed. They changed the information I gave them because the address on my driver's license (outdated, I simply moved recently) didn't match. They basically ignored what I put on my application and changed it, like they knew best. So of course I had to send in several pieces of information to prove my current address. Then, I tried to refinance my auto loan. Every time I've done this in the past with any other bank, I've literally completed it online and didn't even have to talk to anybody. They called and asked me so many questions, just short of a DNA sample and the name of my first born. I think they asked me fewer questions to actually finance and buy the car at the car dealership! I understand security and all that stuff, but I've done business with large banks for 20 years and never had to jump through so many hoops. They didn't even tell me that they were going to ask me for 75 pieces of information to finance my car, they just sent an email asking to call. So then I'm scrambling to get all this information together on the phone.I wanted to come to this credit Union locally because I simply wanted a local bank. I'm not a millionaire. I have *perfect* credit. Which, by the way, they had an outdated credit report that had been updated several weeks prior. So they have outdated information on the phone about my refinance amount as if they don't believe the amount I told them. Well, if you pulled the report today, you wouldn't have this problem. I gave you the exact amount straight from the website for the payoff. I feel as if everything I tell them is questioned like they don't believe me. There was also a collection on my credit report that was removed, but they were still seeing it. Again, because it was outdated. The collection did not belong to me to begin with, hence why it was removed. The fact that I have to go over all of this because they pulled an old credit report is pretty astounding. I am about to close my account and just stick with the bank that I don't even want to be with. At least it's easier to do business.

Great bank at this location in particular very courteous and professional staff. All of your banking needs are met at a very important and exceptional service level. I highly recommend. No hidden fees or any run around just down to earth staff who efficiently and effectively make sure all your banking needs are met. Been a customer since 2016, and love the staff diversity.

Everything is nice and fine but their banking is over complicated and nothing works whatever they say. What used to work easily is now chargeable. And what they want is complicated and frustrating as hell. These are exactly the reasons when I feel like leaving and moving out immediately when the smooth process is disrupted. It's annoying!

They wasted over a week of my time being slow and incompetent while getting a loan for a classic car. The seller gave me two days to figure it out or he was going to sell to someone else after itd been a full week of a circus with dupage. I went to a new bank and had a loan and check in hand the next day for the same rate. I'd absolutely never do business with dupage, it was the worst loan experience of my life and thats saying something. Run away and find a different bank.

Got my vehicle loan from Dupage CU. Applied online, got approval and planned everything. They understood the requirements, not happy about the loan Amt vs requested (gave a weird reason for it which is so funny to believe) but still I continued. Overall happy.. but it seems credit officer should have been more transparent and should have called me to understand before generalizing decision

Contacted DuPage Credit Union about car financing. They were great, Patrick explained, answered all my questions. The process was quick and gave me an advantage when making my purchase.

Constant inconvenience for a small time CU. Been a member since 01, yet haven't utilized any suggested benefits. No harm no foul, just don't expect help for the little guy! Some Union.

BE VERY CAREFUL!! I do not advise working with this group. I did not realize I was underinsured. I also did not realize that if I am underinsured, they will double my car loan rates. My auto pay did not cover it, so my credit score got eviscerated. Just go with Chase. Dealing with this group is not worth it.
