Terrible customer service the manager Serena lied to me and my sister who was a first time customer the fruit was refrozen a few times and had no taste to it Serena the manager was very rude and irresponsible she had terrible customer service and the staff was also rude rorry I believe her name was they left my order in a hotel at the front desk and did not directly give me my order it was almost stolen the manager lied to me and my sister and she also did not want us to get any information to contact anyone else she also said she didn’t care if we called corporate very racist location

Wonderful experience here today. The owner Selena took good care of us and she was so sweet. We had the chocolate covered strawberries and some smoothies. They were so refreshing and were made with REAL fruit! We will be back :)

I am not one to write negative reviews but I would never ever recommend this place. I ordered strawberry's for a friend who had a family member pass. Just look at the photos of what I ordered vs what I received. I did call and complain and got 1/2 a refund but in my opinion I should've been fully refunded and sent new strawberries. If their staff can't make the berries look how they do online they should not take the order. If I knew this is what I was paying $60 for I would've made them myself and had a better result. So disappointing. This company is a scam and should be so embarrassed that this is what they send to people. DO NOT ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!

I’ve ordered many edibles from different locations but the Wheaton location gets it right every time! Not to mention it’s always beautifully made as well. I’ve had some not so pretty ones and I never run into this problem with this location. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, it’s a pleasure ordering from here. Thank you for everything I will be back many times!
