Went in because I saw it for the first time today. Was approached by an employee who asked if I needed help. I told them nicely, that I was just looking around, since I hadn't noticed the store. Not sure if it was the owner or a manager, but they quickly and rudely snipped back at me, with out even turning around to look at me, that they had been open for 4 years. I told them what business I had in the area and that I just hadn't noticed them before. My phone rang and I left. Never going back and they're never getting my money.

When I went into the store, the new manager Nicole made me feel very welcome in these trying times. She explained the wish list and happily answered questions that I had and the store was extremely well organized and stocked nicely. I will def be making this my local Hallmark store.

This store has a new young female manager who is very nice. However, the owner of this store is simply giving Hallmark a bad name. Air conditioner did not work properly (ongoing issue) when I visited the store on 6/30/20 when temperature outside was 90 degrees! Merchant prides itself as a Hallmark Gold Crown store, yet it always refuses to honor coupons from other gold crown stores and does not even have a website for customers to sign up to receive coupons and special offers.

I agree with the other reviews. This place puts one employee alone for hours. They have to close the store to use the bathroom or eat. The owner also staffs them alone at night which is highly unsafe. I find the way the owner operates this store to be very unprofessional.

The only good thing about this place is Hallmark merchandise. Everything else is just overpriced Chinese crap. Poor employees are forced to work alone at all times without breaks. I would not support business like! Really not worth to spent your money there.

Everyone I know is so confused why this location doesn't even have a sign outside that says "Hallmark". My family, friends, and I all assumed that it was some new random store so we didn't bother going in for months. One day I was walking by and looked in and noticed that it still seemed like Hallmark. When I went in and politely mentioned that everyone had no clue it was still Hallmark because the only sign outside says "Every Good Thing" and nothing else, the staff member became quite rude and offended and sarcastically stated that "the owner owns a lot of stores so they obviously know what they're doing and they're clearly doing something right!". I'm not sure why the owner wants to miss out on so much business by not even advertising the store name - everyone is surprised when I mention it's still Hallmark because they've been assuming it's some random new store called "Every Good Thing". Despite all this, the owner still insisted that apparently everyone loves their always friendly staff and store and that there are still a couple crown decals on the windows, but I clearly missed noticing that - I can see now why the rude and defensive staff is the way that it is. I'm confused how you can be expected notice a couple simple decals on windows while driving by or from a distance. When every single family member and friend I talk to about it is surprised to hear it's Hallmark then clearly there's a problem. Just seems like they can't be bothered to invest in a proper nice sign or friendly staff this time around. My friend and I also noticed now that some of the products, especially at the register, are a bit crude for a store like Hallmark - and this is coming from a very young millennial. In general, not the Hallmark experience you really want or expect. I hope they eventually put up a proper Hallmark sign so their customers aren't confused and that their staff become a bit more friendly. Hallmark can be such a great store.
