I paid extra for a Level 4 stylist, Perla, and left with one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. Half my hair was cut to half the length of the bottom layer, leaving me with two disconnected sections that didn’t blend. The bottom was also uneven and required me to lose more length than I wanted. When I asked about it, I was told it only looked that way because of a blowout, which was not true.
When I returned for a correction, the manager, Leslie, stood far too close, kept asking to touch my hair even after I said no, and ignored my requests for space. She also asked if I really expected both a refund and a correction, while the front desk staff smirked at me. Another stylist, Crystal, blamed me for asking for layers and said I shouldn’t get them if I don’t style my hair daily. Molly, however, was the only professional in the room. She immediately corrected that statement and explained that this wasn’t my fault.
Unfortunately, the damage was already done. I had to argue several times just to get my refund, and my hair is still not fixed. This experience was unprofessional and very disappointing.

Good haircut and very friendly staff.
But watch out for the chairs — they’re dangerous. After getting the cape, I was asked to move to the wash station. When I stood up, I couldn’t see the footrest bar in front of my feet because the cape was covering it. I tripped hard, couldn’t get my hands out in time, and hit my knee, wrists, and elbow.
The staff were kind and helped with ice and offered medical help. But what really concerned me: they tokd me I’m not the first person this has happened to — it’s apparently happened several times before. These chairs need to be redesigned or replaced. For older people, this could be really serious.

I was recently in for a consult, then a cut color etc with Rica. She was beyond amazing! So attentive, helpful, personable, and so very skilled. When I got to my car, I literally cried happy tears. It had been a long time since I treated myself to a good hair makeover, and her magic made me feel pretty and confident again! Not to mention the salon itself is gorgeous and the rest of the staff is super kind too. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Gave an extra point for the Christina L. She listens to what is needed and does it beautifully. Otherwise, this salon isn’t what it used to be. Front desk is unpleasant.

Christina did really really good job on my natural hair its was first time in my life trying highlights and she did amazing job i was nervous how i will look and it turns out looking so beautiful and pretty but on me

I didn't feel welcomed by the front desk staff.
Stylist didn't cut the dead ends off like I wanted.
Stylist only layered then blew dry.
Stylist told me to think about where I wanted face framing but then did what she wanted.
Stylist forgot the deep conditioning treatment.
Will not be back, especially at that price.
This was not the cut or the feel I wanted before the holidays 😭

270 for partial foil and a touch-up I have never spent that in my entire life in the last 30 years of getting my hair done complete joke no offense but the colorist is nice staff was great but I'm sorry that is a rip off. If I had known they charge $150 flat rate for foils and don't even charge you by the number of foils I would have just told her to foil my whole head instead I had about 15 foils and paid full price or same price that someone would have paid for their entire head and I still have a lot of gray honestly not worth the money at all many other salons with more competitive prices and do as good or better job

I will preface by saying I did not get services done here. So I cannot review based on that. What did happen was very poor customer service. I called the day before my appointment and scheduled for a deep condition and haircut. We confirmed the time at 3 PM as I had clients at my own business until 2:30PM. I arrive for my appointment the next day, the receptionist actually scheduled me for 2 PM. Nobody called when I did not arrive at 2 PM. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment at three, I was told that I was a no-show and they do not call their no-show appointments. They did offer to reschedule but I am leaving for vacation this week. Very disappointed.
