I was very indecisive, Erica, was very patient. She had suggestions, the willingness to help was very present in her tone and the way she assisted on a scale from 1 to 10 I give her a 20. “We have been shopping at Murray's since they were in the Oak Brook mall! I think they have been in this new location for at least 16 years or more! We go there at least once or twice a year (usually Christmas and St Patrick's Day) to buy something beautiful and support this fantastic business! I have never been disappointed with any our our purchases! Just wish I could buy more as everything is so nice! Have so many beautiful Irish crosses and my St Brigid's cross has hung on my wall for over 17 years! The owners are very nice and helpful if you are looking for a gift for someone special!”

I ordered a custom dipped fruit box for my mom's birthday around two weeks in advance. However, there was an error in their website in which the order was never assigned to any store; no Edible Arrangement location prepared my order despite having an email confirmation and an order number. Thus, when it was the day of my mom's birthday, it was never delivered, nor was it ready for pickup.
That's when Melissa, the manager, saved the day. When I contacted her, she explained how it was an issue with the website, not her store; yet, despite this, she re-opened the store just for me! And, within 20 minutes, she had my order ready! I'm blown away by how she drove back to the store and re-opened it just to fulfill this order, and the treats I got were fresh, delicious, and presented beautifully. I'd definitely order from this location again.”

“I’ve been to this shop twice now. First time was almost by accident and so glad I happened upon it. Second time, I had a friend visiting from Milwaukee. We drove from downtown Chicago to the shop (about 35 mins) and the shop was closed. We inquired in a neighboring shop and long story short, a wonderful neighboring retailer opened the shop until someone could get there to ring up our purchases. It is an amazing shop with great gifts (for others or yourself!) and the retailers in that little strip are second to none!! I will shop here continuously for all my special gifts!! Thanks to the owner and her amazing staff and the friendship of the neighboring shops.”
