I had a very frustrating experience at this location of H and R Block. There was poor communication and almost no call backs with updates. We came by at our appointment time and were told we had to reschedule. Days went by, many phone calls. Stopped back in to pick up our taxes (we were told they were done) and they weren’t done. We had to come back a third time. We will not be returning to this location.

George Valentin did our taxes at H&R block in Wheaton, Il 4/4/24. This was our first visit and he was very professional, took the time needed to go over our taxes and made us feel like we had all his attention during the process. We highly recommend George and will definitely be going to him in the future

I opted to do the "scan in" service at this location last week thinking it would be simpler for filing our taxes. The visit was quick, just signing a few papers and having the staff scan my documents. I got a notice on my online account from a virtual advisor stating that there were no documents on my file. I called the office and apparently they were scanned but not saved? I was told that the documents were just lost and don't save anywhere...and I hope that really is the case. I then received another phone call later that evening as if I hadn't already talked to someone earlier in the day to figure out what was happening. Poor organization and communication all around.
