I was able to file completely online and communicate with my tax preparer whenever i had any questions. I liked being able to upload my documents to my account and my tax preparer was able to get my tax forms ready quickly. I am very happy with the service provided

Last week, I scheduled an appointment via their online scheduler for 5pm on 3/9. Got a VM on 3/8 saying "they weren't able to confirm my appointment, so they moved my appointment up to 4pm." Called them back immediately and no one answered.I called today (3/9) to keep my original appointment at 5pm (since I work until 4:30pm) and they said that I would have to reschedule for another day.I stated I'd like to keep my original appointment since that's what I scheduled. The receptionist said that "I could walk in at 5pm and wait until they closed and I still wouldn't have anyone help me."What kind of customer service is that? Garbage. I'll never go back to this H&R Block and I'll make sure none of our friends and family do either.

Missed some items on my return. Provided me with a wholly innacurate tax document. I certainly did not use them, but they pressured hard to make me pay anyway. I checked a free tax tool and got a better return, verified. This was very surprising. HRBlock didn't care all that much about my experience.There are some amazing agents who will do everything right for you, but I did not get close to that agent.
