“I've had bank accounts at several banks in the area but I have to say that Wheaton Bank and Trust has been the most helpful. Recently we moved and I wanted to update my address. The local bank changed its records and then referred me to their tech department. The tech department changed my profile which allowed all of my bill payment payees to be notified of my address change made my life much easier. Thanks WBT! Jane H”

“I am relatively new to the area, having just moved back to Illinois from Texas, and was looking for a bank in the area, already having had a bad experience with a competitor around the corner. Then I located PNC, and found they had a promo online, which I enrolled. All was good until I encountered a small glitch in my direct deposit that I thought would affect the promo and my new relationship. Well low and behold, up stepped Jake Delort, the VP Branch Manager, and what could have been a HUGE problem, became one of the most rewarding and satisfying experiences I have ever had with customer service. This gentlemen was a first class professional, who gave me not only service and satisfaction, but a reputable and quality first impression.
