Clearance items weren't priced as the signs advertised, not even close, I felt like I wasted alot of time looking, thinking I was getting a bargain when I wasn't, 1 item was damaged was priced as missing part of a set! 😫

Kohls has gone down hill. Between the Sephora now stinking up the whole store and your in store staff unable to figure out why my credit card was flagged or resolve the issue. Had ample credit available. So done with kohls.

I only give a 3 because many fitting rooms remain closed since COVID, with only one located at the far end of the store currently available. Now that COVID is over, it’s time to reopen the rest of the fitting rooms for customer convenience.

I think in these times that it's so important for staff to be courteous and helpful.
I had 2 wonderful experiences at other stores this week and then headed over to Kohl's. 1 sales person was helpful, but then I encountered another that seemed really put off that I was in line and then that I had a question. She was snappy. I would have given 4 starts, but employees have to do better. People are busy ordering online, and stores are closing because of it. The stores that stay open are usually the ones with exceptional customer service. People go to stores these days just to browse so sales people and staff need to step it up.
I would never treat a client like that.

Nobody every answers the phone. Was on hold for 15 minutes to speak with a manager and she never answered my call just hung up the phone

It's a long story but it boils down to bad customer service, bad signage, not enough help and inefficiency. At TJ Maxx, if there are more than two people in line, they open another register. Not here. Even though two people saw the lines, they just kept walking around the store pushing carts with merchandise in it. One clerk smelled like an ashtray. Sorry to say that but it was hard to stand in front of her.

Kinda picked over. Lots of mark downs that you have to dig through. Usually have alot more of a clothing selection.
