This place is TERRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY! The only reason I came here after a previous terrible experience is because I was given a gift card. I booked my pedicure with Tina and nails with another technician. To my surprise, Tina did both. A DAY after my appt, my nails started to fall off. I paid over $150 that day not including tip just to have my nails falling off. They are the worst salon around. Never again, this place needs to close!!!

I had a really great experience. I was able to relax while getting my pedicure and manicure! I originally wanted the same design but with different colors on each nail. Given the amount of time, I chose to stick with 1 color on all the nails. Amy nailed the design. She even stayed until 8:00 (they close at 7:30) to finish my nails, which I greatly appreciate!!! Rose was so sweet and knows how to give a good massage. Can’t wait to come back!

Luxe Nails used to be my go-to salon, but ever since they changed management, the quality has completely declined. The warm, welcoming atmosphere is gone, and all the previous nail technicians have left. The new management seems overwhelmed, unfriendly, and unwilling to take responsibility when things go wrong.
This morning, I called multiple times, but despite the phone being right next to him, the manager/owner chose to ignore it. When their scheduling system failed, instead of apologizing, he shifted the blame onto the client without being able to give me a clear answer if they were going to be able to accommodate us today. That was the final straw.
They’ll never have to worry about seeing my daughter and me again because we won’t be coming back. Thankfully, we went straight to Coco Nails, where, despite not having an appointment, we were greeted warmly—unlike at Luxe

The service was very good. I had an express pedicure and gel nails (manicure) in little over an hour. The only bad issue was the manicurist trimmed the cuticle on my forefinger a bit too close. Overall, I thought they did a nice job

I have been going to Luxe in Wheaton for many years and they are wonderful! I am currently a client of Vlada and she is amazing! They are always professional, respectful, knowledgeable, very very clean, incredibly friendly, reasonably priced and all this in a relaxing environment! I have always had a great pedicure and manicure! I highly recommend this establishment!

I will give this place less than one star if I could. I’ve been here a couple times and the customer service has just been OK but they’re fast so I continue to come. The third time I came I merely asked them if they could put the closed captioning on the TV so I can watch the program while I’m getting a manicure. I asked three different people and was not giving a clear answer. The manager was passing me and I asked him and he turned to me and told me he’s busy. Someone will get to me in the meantime just play with my phone. First of all, who the hell are you talking to? I am not a child. At that point, I told the pedicurist is to stop and I walked out. I will never be back there again.

Norman was amazing! He did such a wonderful job. I made the mistake of going somewhere else last time and regretted it. Amazing service and he’s so sweet and funny! Nancy does a great job, too! Highly recommend!
