If I could give the Asian woman that works there negative stars I would! I sent a very expensive suede purse in here about two months ago, it took a month and a half to return, upon return IT WAS DESTROYED!! When I tried to explain to this woman the price of the bag she shoed me like I was a fly, and said that was not the “same bag” barely looking at the picture! Then basically called me a LIAR when I said that the bag wasn’t nearly as damaged as the way I got it back! Oh, and she claimed I never did business they’re and argued every point I made! Which I did and spent over a $100 on DRY CLEANING each time!

I’ve been going here for many years. I am happy with the coats and clothes that come back cleaned while maintaining their quality. It also helps that the owners are the most honest and reasonable people I’ve met who care about their customers.

Terrible customer service and quality. After going there for 6 months my dress shirts were getting worn on the cuffs and collars. I initially thought it was due to age of short but after my new shirt came back with a scuffed collar I realized it must be how they clean shirts. I attempted to resolve with the owners and they argued repeatedly that it was because my shirts were old. When showing them the same brand shirt that was older without any damage they continued to argue and would not offer any solution to make things right. Stay away! They are unethical and their process will eventually damage your clothes.

I got some stains on an 80+ year old dress and they were able to get rid of them and recommend something to keep it in good condition. Only 12$ for it too and the owners are very nice.

Have used them twice, one for a suit and another time for a comforter. Excellent clean and they ended up charging us less for the comforter cleaning because it was for a Queen size bed. Clear ready times. Easy in and out.

We've been going to maxi clean for about three years now and have never had a single issue. Their turn around times are fantastic, we sometimes take in two weeks worth of clothing for two people and have it back in our closets within 72 hours! The owner has altered three bridesmaids dresses AND my own wedding dress as well. The service is always quick and friendly, I cannot day enough about how much I love this place!
