“The team I had was excellent. Arrived promptly and came inhiuse to see what was being moved. Went over paperwork and then they began moving things out to the truck. Made sure that furniture that needed to be wrapped was taken care of. Arrived at new address and again came in and saw where they were delivering to and started unloading and bringing it up to the second floor via elevator. Checked to see what room everything went to and finished in a timely manner.”
“Great moving company! This was a very easy positive move from scheduling with Bridget in the front office to meeting my moving crew on the day of the move. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and hustle of my 3 man crew, Adryan, Ivan and Jeremiah. They introduced themselves on arrival and shook my hand, discussed the details of my move and set to work. These guys kept moving in 95 degree heat. They were polite asked questions about where I wanted things and were happy to make multiple trips up and down my 15 step staircase to put boxes in the basement. Adryan went through all of the paperwork at the end of the job checking to make sure I was happy and did not need anything else moved. Adryan, Ivan and Jeremiah all shook my hand again and wished me a good evening. Bridget followed up the next day to ask about my move experience. She wanted to know if there was anything else they could do for me. I highly recommend this company and this crew!!”

“This would easily have been a five if not for the damaged property, lack of response and the delivery driver. My move was from Midwest to the East coast. My experience with the team in Chicago was excellent. I was going into storage initially. I was told it would go into crates, I was told I could use my own blankets. No crates and my blankets disappeared in the process. The driver on the delivery end was very aggressive and was only concerned about how the outcome looked for him and not whether I was a satisfied customer. Moved items into the house to discover many items damaged. The major item was a stand up desk that I will have to replace at my cost.
Have reached out several times to the team in Chicago with no response. In the end it was disappointing.
I revised this to a 5 star, as it was my experience with the team in Chicago and that same team resolved all issues to my great satisfaction. I do believe I can recommend this team as they are very customer focused.”
“Overall, we were satisfied with Allied. They did break a paper shredder. I'm not sure why it wasn't packed in a box like almost everything else was. On delivery, the crew accidentally took my two wheel dolly. They used it to return the furniture wraps to the truck, and didn't bring it back. Other than those two things, we were happy.”
“I had a really great experience with Falcon Moving. We had RJ, Hunter, and Patrick on our move. They were courteous, careful, engaged, worked very hard, and fit everything into the truck, and were equally helpful and careful on unloading and reassembling all of our stuff. They were frequently seen running to make the work go faster which I've never seen in a moving company before. They went above and beyond to provide the best possible experience for us and we would go back and request that specific team in the future. “MicroShip made our move easy. Rob the owner was very knowledgeable and professional without the hard sell tactics. I found MicroShip through a trusted competitor who could not accommodate us. Luciano and Jacob showed up promptly on time and carefully wrapped and packed our shipment. I could not recommend them more highly. I wish I had never used google search sponsored ads because of the nonstop calls, texts, and emails. Microchip is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise awful experience. I wish they had been my first and only call!”
