5 stars all the way!! My computer was running slower and slower and finally just froze. Couldn't reformat the hard drive as I could not get into the BIOS for some unknown reason. So took it here and he fixed it the same day. Actually, got it running faster than factory new!! Also is a great guy to talk to if you are in the market to buy a new computer, he knows which computers have problems and actually found me a great laptop at a big box store that SAVED me over $600!! Couldn't believe the deal I got.

The guy is honest to a fault. i asked him for a repair of my computer and he suggested how i could do it myself with part ordered from amazon!!.. i wish there were more people like him in the world

Bob is an outstanding technician. He takes the time to explain what he will do and what he has done to your computer. He is genuinely concerned that you will pay too much for parts so he sends you to whoever has the lowest price. He is very fair on his labor prices. I am always happy after working with him.

Bob took my older computer a 2016 HP and wiped it clean after it was compromised. He downloaded windows 11 and seriously gave me back a new fast computer. I would trust him with any of my computers

I had a laptop then wouldnt boot past the HP Logo...tried everything then brought it here. Bob, diagnosed the bad hard drive , showed me the analysis confirming it had gone bad. He then told me where to get the cheapest replacement!! I brought it in, he installed it and rebuilt the O.S........all in 2 hrs.! Pricing was very fair. This man is both knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

I called and talked to a man who asked me to bring my laptop in next week. He was helpful with my questions and I decided to come in next week. Arrive one week later at 4:30, closed. Call the next day, voicemail that is full. Wait until today. Signs and website say Saturdays open at 10am. Where did all these 5 star ratings come from? Disappointed since I prefer giving my business to a local.

Bob is the best, very nice man. Even though he was very busy the day I brought my computer in, he called me in an hour with a fix. Needed more work so he came to my house on his day off. He’s very knowledgeable and his store name is spot on, Affordable. Will definitely use him again if I have any computer problems.
