The store manager at the store her name is Laura is the worst Customer service person I have ever come in contact with in my life. She’s angry, mean And not an animal lover at all. She referred to her customer as a racist!!!! I saw that with my own eyes. Heard it with my own ears!! Petco is a family atmosphere, why wouldn’t I go there?

I took my puppy 2/18/25 2 To get serviced I told them to put cotton balls in her ear so she wouldn’t get a infection in the ears 2 days later that’s exactly what happened This the second time petco gave my fur baby a ear infection and I had to cover the cost because they didn’t follow directions that was giving to them we will not be returning

Grooming department would not take my 13 year old cavalier after they made up their own ridiculous diagnosis that she has heart issues. Waste of time.

Always greeted at the door by a friendly face and welcome in message. Makes it feel like a nice hometown store. They always have what I need and lots of things that I didn't know I wanted lol.

Do not take your dog here, waste of time and money. My dog was here at the grooming salon for 6 hours when I was told, she’ll be done in 2 hours. Mind the fact it’s the day before thanksgiving so you want to be able to start cooking at a decent time. However, when I went to go pick her up. The bather I believe Val wouldn’t help me get there blue leash off. When I said under my breath “ I shouldn’t be doing your job for you” then I left and both the groomers in there couldn’t even say have a good night. On the other hand, I’m pretty sure the groomer Kate was pulling some dogs hair as she:he was crying. Then I got to the front desk and the manager denied one of my coupons, when my home store petsmart always over rides it. She came over with an attitude and was scared I was going to fight with her. Maybe she should get her staff together before fighting. I won’t be going back here.

They refugee to sell me a reptile be they believe I did not have the right set up for it… after I explain to them several times that I have already bought a reptile set up kit. Yes it was a 20 gallon one, but it was only a baby lizard . Also, the one that they are keeping it in is only a 10 gallon… My enclosure is twice the size as theirs. I would say if you’re trying to get your first pet do not come here… They make it a very horrible experience.

Place is kinda a dump, IMO. Very few options outside the standard pet foods and treats. I think the extra cost of going to like Two Bostons is better.

I came in this afternoon and had a couple questions which Michelle was extremely helpful and friendly answering. She was such a pleasant person to be around and couldn’t have made my experience any better. Absolutely love this location and am looking forward to coming back for more hamster supplies in the future!

I would give zero stars if I could. The lady refused to sell me mice because I was using them to feed my snakes. She said that it's against company policy. Do you guys really think that people are buying mice as pets? That's outrageous. They are lying to you. I guess I was too stupid and was honest. Snakes eat mice in nature. It is not inhumane. It's life. I will never come here again, but you should still change your policy for other customers.
