My parents and I had the pleasure of working with Julie Fedder-Olberding. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. She provided us great customer service and answered all of our questions. She made sure we fully understood everything and she took her time helping us. I highly recommend Julie for any banking needs you might have.

Very friendly and helpful bankers. I’ve been a Chase customer for over 20 years, and they made it virtually impossible for me to obtain a medallion guarantee stamp for a simple TOD transfer for stock at Computershare. Within the span of just a few days, PNC helped me open an account and was able to issue the medallion that I needed.

They lost $7,200 in a transfer due to an error on their end, and they won’t help me get it back. Now I can’t pay rent or eat because that’s all the money I have. Don’t bank with them.

A good bank. Better when you can bank inside. Only 1 driveup window available. Be prepared to WAIT.

Customer service at this location used to be quite good. Since rotation of staff into this branch from one near downtown Wheaton that was closed, the quality and customer orientation has dropped significantly.

Wanted to do a wire transfer and had to wait over an hour because branch had only two employees. The manager Jeff was on the drive thru line and would not process my wire transfer even when no one was in the drive thru line. The other employee was with a client for over an hour opening up an account for minors. This was poor service. The manager Jeff was at the Danada branch. A smaller branch nearby (Glen Ellyn) had three employees and could have processed my wire transfer in ten minutes. Jeff should have had an additional employee present even with the lobby closed. Only one drive thru lane was open resulting in long delays.

My thoroughly terrible experience with this branch's ATM has led me to never use PNC again. The more I asked PNC to help resolve the issue, the more convoluted their customer service became. When trying to use the ATM at this location to make a deposit, the machine had some kind of malfunction where it ate my money and didn't issue a receipt. I called customer service about it immediately, and they said that because it occurred after 5PM, ATM customer service was unavailable. I filed a complaint and was told to call again the next day. When I called, I was told that the drive thru ATM is run by a separate company, which would have to tally the ATM cash count and figure out that there was an overage. They would then notify PNC. But this did not happen. I also called the branch location and they said that since the outside company operates the ATM, they have no control over it and couldn't do anything. I called PNC customer service two times and filed two claims, but they didn't give me a claim reference number or anything. They told me to call my bank and have them dispute it on my behalf, which some banks (including mine) do not do. PNC also said they would contact me within 1-2 business days. They never contacted me. At this time, they are still holding my money and have not done anything to refund it. And with the convoluted way they operate, I don't believe they ever will.

Always an argument or chastising with these guys over basic tasks. The downers grove and glen Ellyn branches are miles ahead of this one. Good cs without getting belittled goes a long way

Bank employees in general never seem particularly friendly or happy, at least that has been my experience until I came into this branch. What a huge difference! I opened my account with William Britton and from start to finish he made the experience easy, and shared the banks products and services with me. Judging by his level of friendliness and professionalism I assumed he was the branch manager. Great branch with exceptional employees! Thank you !!

This review is for the crappy ATM machine that is so flipping away from my car. Even with pulling up as close as humanly possible without hitting my car, the ATM machine is still far! Please upgrade those machines and please think of the drivers that have to dive out of their windows to reach anything on that machine!

My son and I went into this branch on March 19, 2018 to withdraw my inheritance that my late Mom had left me after her death on February 21, 2018. A Service Associate asked to look at the information that I brought. There was the death certificate, account summary and other documents my Sister sent me, thinking it would make the transaction easier for me. I was told the paperwork would need to be sent down to their legal department for review and that it would take four days. On the fourth day, I called this branch and left a message. I also sent an email soon afterwards. It's been two weeks and this associate has never returned my emails or phone call. In the meantime, my Sister was working with the branch where she lives to try to resolve this matter. I contacted that branch today, (3/30/18) for an update and it's in the process of being resolved. The point is that the associate at the Wheaton branch just ignored my emails and phone calls. At least the associate in Jersey was much more helpful.

Went in to deposit a check and take out some money. Bill Britton acknowledged me right away. Took care of my transaction fast and was so nice. He gives great customer service. This branch is definitely my favorite, since it's close to my work.
