Had a good experience with reserving a space and working with the staff to rent/secure it.
■Parking is rough at first, because it's only a few spots on the street. Once you're a customer you can open the gate and park inside.
■Staff handles their work expertly and politely.
■First month of insurance was covered.
■They have an auto-pay option.
■Each unit you rent you get a bolt cutter "proof" lock. (These are good)
■There are three (3) orange carts for you to use.
■Closeout was a breeze. Just clean up and remove your lock!
If I need space again, I'll go here and see what they have first before anywhere else.

Melanie is AWESOME! She was so kind, graceful, caring, understanding, etc. When she isn't at the Wheaton location, I don't stop in the office.
