Absolutely terrible customer service here. You have one job in the service industry and it is to be nice- no matter the circumstances or what is going on in your personal life. How does a business expect to maintain customer satisfaction? To me, it doesn’t matter how great of a job someone does, if you don’t have decent respect for people walking through your doors you should probably shut them for good.

**Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service Experience**
First and foremost, it does not make me happy to write this review, especially for a local business in the community that I’ve lived in and try to support for the last 20+ years. While the cleaning service has been acceptable, the customer service experience has been absolutely terrible.
On my recent visit, the woman who helped me preferred to argue about my phone number being incorrect in their system instead of focusing on finding my clothes. She had just updated my phone number when I dropped off my items, so the mistake was on their end. Despite this, she was condescending and rude, exclaiming that my order wasn’t ready until tomorrow. How was I supposed to know this when they don't communicate their pricing, expectations, processes, or anything at all! And when you try to ask questions, it’s like asking them to eat a bowl of nails.
After finally sorting everything out, she threw my pants onto a small clothes rail in front of the cash register without saying "here you go," "thank you," "I updated your number," or "sorry about the confusion." She went right back to work, leaving me standing there, wondering if I was supposed to grab my stuff and if our transaction was complete.
I don’t understand how a place of business can operate like this. How can a grown woman run a business in such a way where she mistreats her customers and can’t interact like an adult with manners? The lack of basic customer service etiquette left me feeling like an idiot, and I am very disappointed. Customer service is crucial, and the attitude I've encountered here is enough for me to never want to set foot there again.

Been going here for years. Service hasn't been too bad. Dress shirt collars are frequently ironed with an improper crease. No hello or thank you from the employee even though I must be recognized after all this time. And there is a tip jar. I'm going to try somewhere else now.

Great cleaners - have used them a couple times a month for 10 years. Prices are good and the cleaning is very consistent. I’ve never had an issue with a lost garment or damage (aside from an occasional button, which they’ll replace without charge). Much better overall results than I have found with other cleaners. Worth checking out - would highly recommend them!

I'd called 10 different places and Ruby Cleaners is the only place who would dry clean my suit the same day. My suit was dry cleaned and ready for me to pick up in few hours after I'd dropped it off. Young girl (Christina, I guess) working at the register was very professional and helpful. Their rates are very responsible. Thanks for your service!

Owner was helpful. Place seemed clean enough with what looked like new wheeled laundry baskets. I don't go often to laundromat so I'm probably not the best evaluator!

Best cost/benefit in town. Never had a problem and been a customer for years. I take all my office shirts here ($1.25 a piece).

Very happy with my experience!! I called and was able to bring my comforter in the same day. Not only that, but I was also able to pick up same day. Highly recommended them!!

Been going there for quite some time and I have countless shirts that have rips in them. Originally we thought it was from how old the shirts were but recently was given a newer shirt that had ANOTHER RIP in it. They act as if I brought this shirt in like that but we have caught on to their game. I’d give them a zero if I could.
