I brought my Honda CR-V here for the check engine light, a noise while braking, and an oil change after a bad experience at a local Honda dealership. Every person I talked to was very nice and explained the work being done. They ended up recommending additional work such as replacing my gas cap and new tires and I spent around $2400.
Unfortunately I have had repeated issues since. Since bringing my car to Scott’s, it is making a clanking noise while driving. I had to bring my car back within a month due to the check engine light coming back on for the same reason and the oil level was not reset. My car failed gas cap integrity during emission testing and the inspector said this happens with cheap Amazon ones. I have to assume Scott’s Service does not know what they are doing and overcharge for using non-manufacturer parts.

Great service, wonderful people! They were very thorough in explaining all I needed to know about what was being done, and they offered suggestions for things to look at in the future. Very communicative, I never had to wonder what was going on. They took great care of our car and returned it clean! Awesome service.

Brought my car in to get a noise fixed. They told me it was taken care of, I paid, and left — but the noise was still there. Nothing was fixed. I called them after realizing this and they told me to come back on Tuesday so they can test drive it — something they should’ve done in the first place before charging me.
Total waste of my time, day & money.

Scott is very personable and knows his way around cars. Very upfront and honest about parts and cost, explains all the why's about your car. He has already remedied and fixed one car and another is going in for service this week. Original car we took in first is going back in for more maintenance work. We have truly found an honest car service shop.

I took my car for a simple oil change and the team forgot to screw on the under plate.... which came undone during the first drive. I will provide an update as to the businesses response, it seems they should replace the plate. I could not recommend this place less.
UPDATE: Scott gave me a call first thing the next morning to discuss the situation. He said he'd like to have the car back to take a look and ensure no damage had been done and expressed his willingness to make it right. Mistakes happen, but Scott went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

You know you picked a good place, when the guy on the phone tells you to check for recalls, to save money, first. He was right and had repairs made at dealership at no cost. Nothing in it for him, just good honest service. I’ll be back

I am disappointed in my experience here. They were not transparent with the work that needed to be done and the charges that would be incurred. I got a quote that i approved and they added extra charges after the fact. I would not recommend because their business practices are shady and dishonest.
