First time stopping in this new sephora location. I am a frequent Sephora shopper. I thought I would get a return done first and then do a little shopping. I did not have the receipt because usually my Sephora app is all I need, they look up the purchase.I was immediately told that can't be done when I asked the cashier/ salesperson.Then the dark haired girl, glasses, late thirties didn't get her name was extremely rude!! She immediately said we don't do that here!! Then just continued to tell me it can't be done..Maybe I was a little rude after that..But my rude was just saying..Your new, maybe you don't know protocol!! Being a Esthetician myself I would never treat a customer with disrespect regardless the situation..Obviously the day customer service was discussed she was absent..I will continue shopping at a different location..Where my shopping experience is actually fun..
