Having Snug and Comfort/Pam take care of our father for 4 years, who had Alzheimer, was such a big help for us. Pam is so loving and compassionate, she went out of her way to make sure we had the right caregivers to not only take care of dad but to be a comfort to our mother who was overwhelmed with his care. She continuously made sure the caregivers were the right fit for our parents and would visit them personally to make sure all was good. I would definitely recommend Snug and Comfort for anyone who is looking for home care for their loved ones.

i used to work at snug and comfort. i was hired as a receptionist, but they barely trained me and sent me to be a caregiver. I WAS NOT CERTIFIED IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM TO BE A CAREGIVER. i didn’t know how to change depends, and they sent me to a bedridden client’s house, who was in depends, for 8 hours a day. the company itself is run very unprofessionally, and the caregivers may not be actual certified/licensed caregivers (some are, obviously some aren’t).

As an RN and the in house n*** (it guy) for Snug and Comfort for a few years now I have enjoyed working with the entire management and team. My schedule has always been respected and goals and expectations have been laid out. It has been a pleasure working with Pam and hope to do so for years to come.

Pam & her wonderful team of caregivers always took the best care of my grandma when she lived with us. I have highly recommended Snug & Comfort & will continue to do so.

Snug and comfort was wonderful for my mother while she needed 24 hour care for four months. The caretakers and staff were professional and caring to my mother. Pam made sure our every need was taken care of depending on my mother's continuing medical changes. I highly recommend Snug and Comfort to anyone who is need of live in or daily care.

I would honestly give Pam 6 stars if I could. She has been helping with my elderly folks for 3 years now, and in that time she has been a life-saver time and again. She has gone the extra mile or three to give my folks the care they need, providing a personal touch a large regional company cannot provide. Pam communicates on a timely basis and her support staff is dependable as well. She is very responsive when any issues arise. I highly recommend Snug & Comfort. My family is truly blessed to have Snug & Comfort and Pam in their lives.

What a wonderful & caring team! Pam’s experience and professionalism is matched by a vibrant and compassionate personality. Needing outside help to care for Mom was a tough decision with so much that we did not know. Pam listened, guided us, and provided outstanding perspective and caregivers. Her team was a great fit with Mom. Very understanding and flexible. Excellent access/availability and quick to accommodate Mom’s & our needs.

Ive worked for Snug and Comfort for two and a half years and I gotta say they are one of the best work environments I’ve ever been in. I feel so blessed that I’ve been able to work through this pandemic with my patient and his family and never felt safer. They are so positive and so understanding I could not recommend them enough .
