“This is a great Aldi location because just around the corner, near Naperville Rd there are other shopping plazas with convenient stores.
I’ve long noticed how different Aldi locations carry relatively different items pertaining to neighborhood crowd.
For example this Aldi location has a bunch of Asian food choices. While the Aldi on Route 59/Ogden in Naperville/Aurora has a different selection of items. In summer I purchased a toddler 6ft plastic pool which I didn’t see elsewhere. Another Aldi on Route 59 towards The Morton Arboretum, has a more Hispanic version of food.
I mostly shop at this location because it’s the closest, but sometimes I alternate with another if I’m near that area. In any case, most Aldis have seasonal items but some locations don’t carry certain things. Hence the reason for alternating different stores. All-in-all I love Aldi, for great affordable prices and interesting home decor items that can’t be spotted anywhere else.
One time my mom even purchased a set of furniture which is still standing and holding it strong ?! So Aldi is great.”

Love the seasoned Salmon and Avocado choices along with good choices for individual healthy snack pack trays. They usually have lovely flower choices in the spring and summer too. New quality discount Wine choices especially Pinot Noir are a plus for me on occasion as well.”

“1 million ? is not enough. The moment I walked in, the gentleman & his lovely wife greeted me with warmth and sincere smile. As I shopped around, I found everything I was looking for, hoping for, even more and better than I've expected. Since I moved to the suburbs, I was looking around to find an authentic middle eastern one stop for everything and that is my go to home from now on. Once I got to the register, the owners couple were so kind and asked if it's my first time at theirs, I asked when do they get fresh bread and they said: daily ❤️, the gentleman surprised me with a free bag of bread as a gift. I am so touched by their kindness, mannerism and class. I left extremely satisfied and deeply appreciative of both, the oweners' demeanor and the store's goods and setting. Can't wait for my next shopping escape to that adorable place.”

“So far, I've experienced steak tacos and chicken enchiladas on two separate visits on their restaurant side. Both exceeded my expectations. The tacos and enchiladas were fresh, spot on in the flavor department, and protein packed. The horchata is excellent and the staff are friendly and attentive. Overall, this is a great little hidden treasure within a supermarket. Highly recommended!”

Both Trevor and Ken were equally an integral part in helping me deliver the most efficient order with 100% accurate items. Each of these two employees were able to find items that I had actually replaced and I was able to use those as the original item to help the customer get the exact order correct. Thank you both for being strong leaders. Since it’s opening, this location has been dominant part in helping the local community get high quality groceries they need at an affordable price. “As a loyal Aldi customer who has enjoyed the perks of Aldi shopping both abroad and at home here in the US, I just want to say that I am so thankful for the Aldi employees at my home West Chicago location. Today 7/13 at around 4:10pm I witnessed a man talk to our favorite cashier in the rudest, most condescending way imaginable… and our cashier was so respectful, poised, and professional. Even the manager was involved, and as someone who witnessed the whole conversation, I was so impressed with their professionalism. If a man spoke to me that way I would’ve smacked them with my platform Croc faster than they could’ve asked “what’s your name so I can report you?” The customer became so rude and disrespectful (tone and volume of voice), that he was asked to leave in a respectful way. BRAVO ALDI EMPLOYEES! Bring the millennial that I am, I had 911 ready to dial because this customer had the never to taunt them with “oh so you’re going to drag me out of here then?” Ugh, can’t believe the Aldi employees kept a straight face and their professional hats on. Just wanted to say that a sane human watched that happen and no one deserves to be talked to that way.
I have submitted a report to Aldi describing everything I saw and hope that you continue to kick out entitled & disrespectful guests who want to pick fights about shopping carts. ?
And if you’re the rude customer reading this right now — I hope you have the life you deserve! ?”

“Have been shopping for meat and groceries here for few years now and always a good experience. But today we catered from Baladi for family iftar dinner. Everything was excellent, the taste, the presentation, the complete items. And it was plenty for our party of 30+ family. All were satisfied. We got two mixed grill platters with hummus and baba ghanouj. Will order again at next occasion.”

“Haven’t been to a Pete’s outside of the city before but I’m glad I decided to stop by this one near Danada on my way home because it is a fantastic option for groceries and more. The produce section alone was worth it with stacks of fresh fruit and veggies everywhere and good competitive prices for everything and even samples available to try. Very helpful when it came to deciding whether the cantaloupe was worth it or not. I would even argue that the produce is better than at the Jewel AND Whole Foods down the road.
The store is well-kept and clean throughout. The bakery, meat and cheese departments and the hot food/salad bar area are great. They have several made-to-order options that looked good and worth trying. Some of the standouts were the broasted chicken, pizza and sushi. For such a fresh looking assortment of dishes to be available at 1pm was a big enticement to come back to grab something for lunch next time I’m in the area.
As far as grocery options I would be surprised if you couldn’t find what you were looking for in such an expansive store. This is especially true when it comes to the huge variety of international cuisine options. All of the workers I had interactions with were friendly too.”
